Milk Powder (SMP, WMP and Dairy Whitener) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Powdered milk is a dairy product produced from cow milk. Cow milk basically contains water, fats, protein sugar and ash. About 86% to 88% of cow milk by weight is water. Milk powder is prepared by skimming the milk whereby a considerable but proportional cream substance is extracted before it is powdered. The processed milk powder, after some vitamins are added is packed in fully galvanized metal cans or plastic bags. Skimmed milk powder is deficient in fat and fat soluble vitamins but the proteins, water-soluble vitamins and minerals are preserved. Skimmed milk powder contains almost the same amount of proteins (26%) and carbohydrates (37%) as in the liquid form. However the water and the fat percentage is decreased to nil. As it is considered to be zero fats, it is a good substitute of whole milk and can be taken by patients with high cholesterol levels and cardiac problems. Skimmed Milk powder is also fortified with vitamins A and D. Vitamin A helps to improve vision whereas Vitamin D helps in the strengthening on bones. Both the vitamins play an important role in maintenance and repair of Skin. The calcium present in it promotes growth and maintenance of teeth and bones at every stage in life. Dairy Whitener is an alternative to making availability of condensed milk more convenient for people. In a vast country like India, any product’s availability is a matter of concern. The Dairy Whitener is prepared to keep intact the richness, smoothness and original taste which when added to tea or coffee adapts well. It is primarily preferred for being fat free with the process of skimming done in confirmation with the highest standards of quality. India is a major consumer of tea and coffee, which offers a very large market for dairy creamers. In addition to domestic consumption, the whiteners/creamers find a high level of institutional acceptance, especially by railways; hotels and restaurants; airlines; hospitals and nursing homes; and corporate offices. Any entrepreneur venture into this field will be successful. BLOOD BAGS - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Blood bag is a disposable bio-medical device used for collection, storage, transportation and transfusion of human blood and blood components. The system consists of a single or multiple bag connected with tubings, needle, needle cover, clamp etc. The Blood Bags are made of plastic-material, which are compatible with blood. The introduction of flexible PVC bags for the storage of blood and its components totally replaced the use of glass bottles because of its numerous advantages. Blood bags enable better separation of blood components in a more sterile manner and safer transfusion of components. This has led to increasingly wider use of blood component therapy than whole blood use, thus enabling more effective use of the scarce donor blood that is available. Blood Bags can successfully replace the use of glass bottles for collection storage, transportation and transfusion of blood and blood components since bottles require exhaustive cleaning, rinsing and autoclaving procedures and there are chances of breakage at any stage. Further, use of disposable bags eliminates the possibility of any contamination. Blood bags contain an anticoagulant solution and a red blood cell preservative solution, and are used in blood banks which both collect donor blood and separate blood components. Blood bags are made from imported, medical grade PVC granules & sheets in Class 10000 Clean room environments. Increase in the healthcare facilities will further act as a driver for the growth of medical devices sector in India. The blood bag market is expected to grow further in the coming years owing to continuous developments and rising demand for better blood collection technology. As a whole it is a good project for new entrepreneurs to invest.

Banana Powder - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Banana is the common name for a type of fruit and also the herbaceous plants of the genus Musa. Banana is amongst the most versatile and most widely eaten fruits in the world today. Bananas come in a variety of sizes and colors when ripe, including yellow, purple, and red. Bananas can be eaten raw though some varieties are generally cooked first. Banana has various uses that can be turned into many processed products. In addition to banana exporting, processing banana into different products could mean additional income for banana farmers. Banana powder has a great potential for commercialization. It has a high sugar and low starch content and can be used as a substitute for fresh banana in making traditional cakes or their premixes as well as in the processing of banana snacks, crackers or crisps. The quality of banana powder is determined by the color, flavor, texture and moisture content. These are affected by the varieties of bananas and processing operations specially blanching process. Banana powder, because of its high concentration of banana essence, has been found to be a "major source of carbohydrate and calories". While it is generally low as a source of protein, the beneficial ingredients of the powder are still "markedly superior to that of other fruits". The powder has also been found to be useful as a general treatment for dyspepsia (indigestion). In overall terms, investment in this project can offer market opportunities, both for the domestic as well as for export.

Lubricants Blending Plant (Lubricants/Grease) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

A lubricant is a substance introduced to reduce friction between moving surfaces. It may also have the function of transporting foreign particles. The property of reducing friction is known as lubricity. (Slipperiness). A good lubricant possesses the following characteristics: High boiling point , Low freezing point ,High viscosity index , Thermal stability , Corrosion prevention , High resistance to oxidation. Lubricants are typically used to separate moving parts in a system. This has the benefit of reducing friction and surface fatigue, together with reduced heat generation, operating noise and vibrations. Lubricants may contain additives known as friction modifiers that chemically bind to metal surfaces to reduce surface friction even when there is insufficient bulk lubricant present for hydrodynamic lubrication, e.g. protecting the valve train in a car engine at startup. On average, lubricating oils, which quantitatively account for about 90% of lubricant consumption, consist of about 93% base oils and 7% chemical additives and other components (between 0.5 and 40 %). A solid or semisolid lubricant consisting of a thickening agent (soap or other additives) in a fluid lubricant (usually petroleum lubricating oil) is called grease.Grease is a lubricant which has been thickened in order that it remains in contact with moving surfaces and not leak out under gravity or centrifugal action. Functions of lubricating grease:- Reduce Wear and Tear , Sealant to Contaminants , Prevent Corrosion, Prevent Rust , Heat Transmission , Resist. The production of simple lubricants normally involves blending processes but specialties often require the use of chemical processes such as saponification (in the case of greases), esterification (when manufacturing ester base oils or additives) or amidation (when manufacturing components for metalworking lubricants). Further manufacturing processes include drying, filtration, homogenizing, dispersion or distillation. Throughout the world, industrial applications account for most of the grease used for railroad, general manufacturing, steel production and mining predominate Among automotive applications, trucks and buses account for the majority of grease used, followed by agricultural/construction equipment and passenger cars. Thus, Lubricants Blending Plant as an entrepreneur, offers an exciting opportunity to you. Few Indian Major Players are as under • Alicid Organic Inds. Precipitated Silica from Rice Husk Ash - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Rice husk is an agricultural residue easily available in rice producing countries. India is a major rice producing country, and the husk generated during milling is mostly used as a fuel in the boilers for processing paddy, producing energy through direct combustion & or by gasification. The rice husk contains about 75% organic volatile matter & the balance 25% of the weight of this husk is converted into ash during the firing process, is known as rice husk ash (RHA). This RHA in turn contains around 85%–92% amorphous silica. Silica is one of the valuable inorganic chemical compounds. It can exist in gel, crystalline and amorphous forms. It is the most abundant material in the earth’s crust. Silica is the major constituent of rice husk ash. With such a large ash content & silica content in the ash it becomes economical to extract silica from the ash, which has wide market & also takes care of ash disposal. Precipitated Silica (also called particulate silica) is composed of aggregates of ultimate particles of colloidal size that have not become linked in massive gel network during the preparation process. Precipitated Silica soluble silicate solutions are of fine controlled particle size & porous in nature. Precipitated silica powders have a more open structure with higher volume than dried pulverized gels. Precipitated silica is used as filler for paper & rubber as a carrier & diluents for agricultural chemicals, as an anti caking agent, to control viscosity & thickness and as a cleansing agent in toothpastes & in cosmetics. Precipitated silica also finds its applications as anti caking agents in food industry & as thermal insulators. Precipitated silica is perhaps the best not black filler and reinforcing agent used in rubber industry especially for the production of silicon rubber. Precipitated silica market is fragmented and major portion of the global market share is constituted by regional players. Therefore, precipitated silica market has high price sensitivity. Moreover low capital investment has increased the threat of new entrants in the market mainly in the developing economies. There has been surge in investment by major players in the emerging economies. Thus, Precipitated Silica from Rice Husk Ash as an entrepreneur, offers an exciting opportunity to you.

Cattle Feed - Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics, Cost of Project

The principal feed resources for animal consumption in the country are crop residues like straws of wheat, rice and other cereals and stovers, which are very poor in feed value. Even these are in short supply. These are supplemented to some extent by relatively better quality fodders like cultivated leguminous and non-leguminous fodder grasses and concentrates. The latter are formulated largely from agro-industrial by-product and forest wastes and small quantities of low-grade cereals with the present stock of feed and fodder resources available in the country, it is impossible to meet the nutrient requirements of even the present day low-producing cattle and buffaloes. Such a situation is bound to aggravate difficulties in the feeding of better producing livestock such as cross bred lows in exploiting their full genetic potentiality for early growth, better reproduction and higher milk production. Foods are the basic need of every one, similarly feed for cattle’s is also very important and necessary as well. Without this, no one can live as well as good nutritive meal increase the productivity as well as the growth of an animal. Thus, the requirement of good cattle feed is always exists and it will further increase with the increase in population of cattle’s. Therefore, it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Surgical gloves are personal protection equipment (PPE) designed to protect clinicians in operating room (OR) environments. The primary purpose of surgical gloves is to act as a protective barrier for surgeons and nurses to prevent possible transmission of diseases or pathogens during procedures while working with surgical instruments. Similar to medical examination glove, surgical glove standards are governed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) within the United States. However, the FDA requires manufacturers to meet a higher level of quality standards for surgical gloves. All surgical gloves are sterilized and package sealed in pairs for individual use. The sterilization of surgical gloves is standard as surgical procedures often involve open wound operation. Today, surgical gloves are made from a variety of materials which include latex, polyisoprene, neoprene, and nitrile. A glove is a type of garment which covers the hand of a human. Gloves have separate sheaths or openings for each finger and the thumb; if there is an opening but no covering sheath for each finger they are called "fingerless gloves". Sterile surgical gloves are used to protect patients and health care workers (HCWs) from infection during surgery and to shield HCWs from exposure to blood borne pathogens. Latex gloves have been used since the nineteenth century, initially by nurses to protect their hands and eventually by surgeons to protect patients from microorganisms. Powder-free medical gloves are also used in medical clean room environments, where the need for cleanliness is often similar to that in a sensitive medical environment. As a whole it is a good project for entrepreneurs for investment.
