Paper is a major product of the forestry industry, and is used widely in our society. Paper products are used not only in their obvious applications in the publishing industry and for writing on, but also in a variety of specialty papers, cardboards, brown papers etc. In addition, various chemicals are produced as a byproduct of the pulp and paper industry. Kraft paper, Brown paper or wrapping paper is made from variety of raw materials, e.g. Bagasse, ground wood, straw, waste paper, in various combinations or alone, waste carton boxes etc. 'Kraft' mean strength and that is why its name. It is leading paper for wrapping heavy bundles. After corrugation it is used in many types of packing and it is an important packaging material. Kraft paper is extensively used for wrapping purposes, viz. wrapping paper bags, linters, corrugated sheets, etc. Kraft paper can be utilized for many different purposes. One of the most common uses of the plain brown paper is in the manufacture of paper bags for use in grocery stores. Their solid construction makes the bags ideal for use with all sorts of grocery items. Machine Glazed (MG) papers are useful for paper bags; the high gloss of one side makes it easier to print and the roughness of the other provides a key for the adhesive used. Kraft paper is sometimes used for home crafts as well. A section of it is an ideal medium for the creation of homemade costumes for Halloween or a costume party. Children can draw on bleached or unbleached paper without a lot of worry about markers leaking through to tabletops. People who want to be more natural and creative with their gift wrap may choose to use this paper for wrapping gifts, often embellishing with other natural elements or using markers or stencils to create a unique design. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest.

Iron Powder - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Iron is probably one of the most important, being used on the largest scale of any metal. Its Production in the blast furnace is well documented. When pure, iron is a lustrous white metal which is soft and very workable. However, it is reactive and easily forms a coating of hydrated oxide on its surface in the presence of moist air. This is non-coherent and flakes easily to reveal fresh surfaces for attack. Iron is soluble in dilute acids, where Fe(II) is produced in solution; more oxidising acids produce Fe(III) solutions and strongly oxidising agents (e.g. dichromate or concentrated nitric acid) produce a passive form of the metal, probably as a result of the formation of a coherent surface film of oxide. Iron is also an essential element for all life forms, the average human body containing 4 gm of the element. The majority of iron in the body is present within haemoglobin, the respiratory pigment which provides the mechanism for the transportation of oxygen by red blood cells. Iron powder can be used in several chemical and metallurgical processes from the production of aluminium foil to magnetic paints. For some applications there is more or less no alternative to iron powder. These applications often have special requirements for specific properties and stringent demands for consistency. In other applications the high surface area and/or purity of iron powder can more cost-effective solutions compared to alternative methods. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a non-combustible, lime-based, cementitious building material that is expanding into new worldwide markets. As a single-component building material, AAC has achieved acceptance in new markets throughout the world. This is a light- weight building material produced by autoclaving a set mix of fine siliceous materials such as ground sand or fly ash and a binder like Portland cement or lime. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products are 4 times lighter in weight than ordinary concrete. Its characteristic structure comprising millions of tiny pores, it offers optimum solidity at low weight. As air has a low heat conductivity, aerated concrete provides for excellent thermal protection. It protects from cold and heat, allowing for single-shell constructions which provide more space, save time and reduce costs-aspects which are of considerable importance to property developers. Advantages of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks: High strength to weight ratio, Low thermal conductivity, Stability to variations in temperature and humidity, and resistance to fire. AAC products are equally suitable for residential construction, multistory buildings, commercial, and industrial construction. The products are made of natural materials: sand, lime, and water. These raw materials are processed to provide a building material with a large number of air pores. “The autoclaved aerated concrete sector of the construction industry is now in the phase of a tremendous growth cycle. The autoclaved aerated concrete industry must utilize competitive techniques as customers are looking for lowered costs. AAC is not a new building system but it is new to India. Autoclaved aerated concrete (“AAC”), though relatively unknown in India, is currently one of the many building products being touted as “green” or “environmentally friendly.” Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Cement Plant - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Cement is a material with adhesive and cohesive properties which make it capable of bonding minerals fragments into a compact whole. It can be defined as any substance, which can join unite two or more pieces of some other substance together to form a unit mass. It is an inorganic, non-metallic substance with hydraulic binding properties, and is used as a bonding agent in building materials. It is a fine powder, usually gray in color that consists of a mixture of the hydraulic cement minerals to which one or more forms of calcium sulfate have been added. Mixed with water it forms a paste, which hardens due to formation of cement mineral hydrates. Cement is the binding agent in concrete, which is a combination of cement, mineral aggregates and water. Concrete is a key building material for a variety of applications. Cement, as used in construction industries, which when mixed with water and allowed to set and harden can join different components or members together to give a mechanically strong structure. Thus cement can be used as bonding material for bricks or for bonding solid particles of different sizes (rubber masonry) to form a monolith. The most common use for cement is in the production of concrete. Concrete is a composite material consisting of aggregate (gravel and sand), cement, and water. As a construction material, concrete can be cast in almost any shape desired, and once hardened, can become a structural (load bearing) element. Indian cement industry, a leading manufacturing sub-sector in India, entered a new era after the partial decontrol in 1982 and near total free market in 1989, ahead of the dawn of the liberalisation era in the country. The industry was totally delicensed in 1991 under the Industries Development and Regulation Act. India is the second largest producer of cement in the world after China. Fusion bonded epoxies are one part, heat curable, thermosetting epoxy utilized for corrosion protection. FBEs are applied to heated parts in a powder form that rapidly gels from liquid to a solid and have remarkable adhesion to the steel surface. FBEs are also are very resilient coatings that resist damage during handling. FBEs are environmentally friendly and contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Fusion bonded epoxy coating, commonly referred as FBE coating is widely used to protect concrete reinforcing rebars, steel pipes, piping connections, etc used in construction. FBE coatings are in the form of dry powder at normal atmospheric temperature. FBE coating is a robust single-layer coating, applied by using electrostatic spray guns, and which provides excellent adhesion, flexibility and a marked resistance to cathodic disbandment – even at elevated pipeline temperatures. The powder when applied electrostatically on to the surface cleaned, hot steel bars, that it fuses, melts, flows and cures to an adherent continuous chemically cross-linked protective film. FBE coating is an industry standard, environmentally-safe thermoset polymer coating which is used as corrosion protection for pipe. Fusion bond epoxy coating, also known as powder coating or FBE coating, is an epoxy-based powder coating widely used to protect steel pipe used in pipeline construction, piping connections and valves from corrosion. Precipitated Silica from Rice Husk Ash - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Rice husk is an agricultural residue easily available in rice producing countries. India is a major rice producing country, and the husk generated during milling is mostly used as a fuel in the boilers for processing paddy, producing energy through direct combustion & or by gasification. The rice husk contains about 75% organic volatile matter & the balance 25% of the weight of this husk is converted into ash during the firing process, is known as rice husk ash (RHA). This RHA in turn contains around 85%–92% amorphous silica. Silica is one of the valuable inorganic chemical compounds. It can exist in gel, crystalline and amorphous forms. It is the most abundant material in the earth’s crust. Silica is the major constituent of rice husk ash. With such a large ash content & silica content in the ash it becomes economical to extract silica from the ash, which has wide market & also takes care of ash disposal. Precipitated Silica (also called particulate silica) is composed of aggregates of ultimate particles of colloidal size that have not become linked in massive gel network during the preparation process. Precipitated Silica soluble silicate solutions are of fine controlled particle size & porous in nature. Precipitated silica powders have a more open structure with higher volume than dried pulverized gels. Precipitated silica is used as filler for paper & rubber as a carrier & diluents for agricultural chemicals, as an anti caking agent, to control viscosity & thickness and as a cleansing agent in toothpastes & in cosmetics. Precipitated silica also finds its applications as anti caking agents in food industry & as thermal insulators. Precipitated silica is perhaps the best not black filler and reinforcing agent used in rubber industry especially for the production of silicon rubber. Precipitated silica market is fragmented and major portion of the global market share is constituted by regional players. Therefore, precipitated silica market has high price sensitivity. Moreover low capital investment has increased the threat of new entrants in the market mainly in the developing economies. There has been surge in investment by major players in the emerging economies. Thus, as an entrepreneur this project offers an exciting opportunity to you.
