Biofertilizer and Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM)

A bio fertilizer (also bio-fertilizer) is a substance which contains living microorganisms which, when applied to seeds, plant surfaces, or soil, colonize the rhizosphere or the interior of the plant and promotes growth by increasing the supply or availability of primary nutrients to the host plant. Bio-fertilizers add nutrients through the natural processes of nitrogen fixation, solubilizing phosphorus, and stimulating plant growth through the synthesis of growth-promoting substances. Bio-fertilizers can be expected to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The microorganisms in bio-fertilizers restore the soil's natural nutrient cycle and build soil organic matter. Phosphate rich organic manure is a type of fertilizer used as an alternative to diammonium phosphate and single super phosphate. Phosphorus is required by all plants but is limited in soil, creating a problem in agriculture. In many areas phosphorus must be added to soil for the extensive plant growth that is desired for crop production. Phosphorus was first added as a fertilizer in the form of single super phosphate (SSP) in the mid-nineteenth century, following research at rothamsted experimental station in England. SSP is non-nitrogen fertiliser containing phosphate in the form of monocalcium phosphate and gypsum which is best suited for alkali soils to supplement phosphate and reduce soil alkalinity. Biofertilizers and prom are a product that is likely to be commercially promising in the long run once information becomes available adequately to producers and farmers through experience and communication. In India, government has been trying to increase the application of bio fertilizers along with modern agrochemicals. With the increasing pressure on global food production and development in technologies of fertilizer production, the demand for fertilizers is expected to increase, which in turn would enhance the growth of the biofertilizers market. As a whole it is a good project for new entrepreneurs to invest. Few Indian Major Players Are As Under • Abellonagrisciences Ltd. • Agro Extracts Ltd. • Champion Agro Ltd. • Jupiter Biotech Ltd. • Jutlibari Tea Co. Ltd. • Krishna Industrial Corpn. Ltd. • Madras Fertilizers Ltd. • National Fertilizers Ltd. The biofertilizers market was valued at USD 946.6 Million in 2015; the market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 14.08% from 2016 to 2022. Manufacturing Business of Medical Disposables

Manufacturing Business of Medical Disposables. IV Cannula. Cannula Manufacturing System The IV cannula itself is a small flexible tube that surrounds a trocar needle used to puncture the skin. The cannula has a fitting that can be connected to more tubing or a port for medication administration once the needle has been removed. Aside from aiding in hydration and administering medication, a cannula can also be used to obtain blood samples for testing. Intravenous (IV) cannulation is a technique in which a cannula is placed inside a vein to provide venous access. Venous access allows sampling of blood, as well as administration of fluids, medications, parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, and blood products. A cannula is a tube that can be inserted into the body, often for the delivery or removal of fluid or for the gathering of data. In simple terms, a cannula can surround the inner or outer surfaces of a trocar needle thus extending the effective needle length by at least half the length of the original needle. It is also called an intravenous IV cannula. Its size mainly ranges from 14 to 24 gauge. Different-sized cannula have different colours as coded. ‘Cannula’ and ‘catheter’ both mean exactly the same thing– a flexible tube inserted into the body to administer or withdraw fluids or to keep another tube patent. Intravenous cannulation is a technique in which a cannula is placed inside a vein to provide venous access. Venous access allows sampling of blood as well as administration of fluids, medications, parental nutrition, chemotherapy, and blood products. In general, the smallest gauge of catheter should be selected for the prescribed therapy to prevent damage to the vessel intima and ensure adequate blood flow around the catheter, which reduces the risk of phlebitis. In an emergency situation or when patients are expected to require large volumes infused over a short period of time, the largest gauge and shortest catheter that is likely to fit the chosen vein should be used. There are four types of IV Catheter: Peripheral Catheter, Midline Peripheral Catheter, and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter & Central Venous Catheter. Uses and Applications A venous cannula is inserted into a vein, primarily for the administration of intravenous fluids, obtaining blood samples and administering medicines. An arterial cannula is inserted into an artery, commonly the radial artery, and is used during major operations and in critical care areas to measure beat-to-beat blood pressure and to draw repeated blood samples. IV Cannula has veterinary use, nasal or oral use too. Cannula can also be used for piercing. The common uses are rapid transfusion of blood, transfusion of IV drugs. Paediatric patients or adults with small veins undergoing long term medication or blood transfusion are subjected to IV Cannula. It is also used on oncology patients undergoing Chemotherapy. Few Indian Major Players are as under:- • La Medical Devices Ltd. • Lifeline Injects Ltd. • Sangam Health Care Products Ltd. • Span Medicals Ltd. • Surgiplast Ltd. Market Outlook The Indian market for peripheral intravenous catheters (PIVCs) is split up into 2 segments: conventional PIVC and safety PIVC. PIVCs are inserted in veins and arteries. An arterial access site is utilized in patients that require blood pressure monitoring. Firmer catheters are preferred for arterial access. A venous access site is utilized for infusing fluids, providing antibiotic treatment and other standard procedures. In 2016, safety PIVCs represented 12% of the total market for PIVCs, with the remaining balance represented by conventional PIVCs. Growth in the unit sales of advanced materials PIVCs is expected to drive gains in the share of safety PIVCs over the forecast period. The global peripheral I.V. catheter market was valued at $3,702.2 million in 2015, and it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.0% during the period 2016 - 2022. The global market is increasing, due to growing geriatric population and increasing incidence of chronic diseases. In addition, the growing demand for injectable drugs in comparison to the oral medications, increasing healthcare expenditure and technological advancements in peripheral I.V. catheter is encouraging the growth of the global peripheral I.V. catheter market. Gold in India is also universally valued a store of wealth. That is the other major driver of demand. Gold jewellery products provide a tangible way to preserve wealth while at the same time serving the cultural function of providing decoration and displaying wealth. Indian consumers will always favour gold above other jewellery materials because of its dual role.At steady gold prices, demand for such products will grow faster than demand for gold jewellery products simply because it is still in the nascent stage. Global gold jewellery demand during 2017 increased by 4% to 2,135.5 tonnes (t), the first year of growth since 2013, driven by stable gold prices and improving economic conditions, The popularity of silver jewelry stems largely from the price of the metal. Relative to other precious metals, such as platinum and gold, silver is cheap. China is one of the world’s top silver consumers and its fondness of the metal apparently extends beyond investment interests and manufacturing. China’s silver jewelry market grew 211 percent. This growth has been attributed to exposure across the country’s interior. Urbanization is expected to continue fueling expansion as more retail jewelry outlets open in major Chinese cities. The gems and jewellery market in India is home to more than 300,000 players, with the majority being small players. Its market size is about US$ 60 billion as of 2017 and is expected to reach US$ 100-110 billion by 2021-2022. It contributes 29 per cent to the global jewellery consumption.

Plating on Plastics, Electroplating on Plastics Silver & Gold Plating on Pvc And Nylon-6

The Gold is a relatively scarce yellow metal. Often found in the native State, which is the most malleable of all metals. It is extremely corrosion resistant but it may be desolved by aqua-regia, potassium cyanide solution and in aquos solution of the halogens bromine and Iodine. The metal does not form a coherent oxide film on its surface even at very high temperature and therefore it has a very low contact resistant. Nylon which come in the polyamide group of plastics are now available in some 100 formulations for injection moulding and extrusion for those end-uses where toughness, frictional characteristics and other properties of the materials are desired. Nylon-6 or Poly eaprolactum is chemically denoted as [NH(CH2)5Co]x. PVC known as polyvinyl chloride is the largest branch of the vinyl polymers and copolymers. The PVC are available in a wide range of formulations flexible or rigid, all characterized by excellent water and chemical resistance strength, and self extinguishability. Plastic materials which are defined as a solid which can be pressed or moulded into any shape are classed as Thermoset plastics and Thermo-Plastics. Nylon-6 and PVC are the most commonly used Thermoplastics along with HDPE, LDPE, polystyrene and Acrylic polymers. As is known it is quite possible to plate in some fashion on virtually any type of solid, whether it be metal ceramic, rubber, wood, glass or plastic. And there are many methods other than electroplating such as vercuum metalizing, silvering plating over conductive point, and metal spraying that have been used to metalize solids. Silver & gold plating of plastics is an important aspect of plating on Non-conductors. The problem of electroplating on non-conductors is initially to provide a more or less adherent conductive coating on the substrate by non-electrolytic means, so that conventional electroplating methods can be applied just as to any metallic substrate.

Electroplating of Gold & Their Chemical Treatment in Golden Colour on Silver Thread

Electroplating is the process of coating one metal or metal object with a very thin layer of another metal, typically by applying a direct electric current. This partially dissolves the metals and creates a chemical bond between them. The coating applied by electroplating is usually around 0.0002 inches thick. Gold plating, called gold electroplating, relies on a chemical process to combine various layers of metal into a solid piece with a layer of gold resting on the surface. In all gold plating, the part is polished and cleaned as thoroughly as possible before the electroplating process starts. Gold plating will look uneven and smudged if the surface is dirty, oily, scratched or otherwise damaged. Gold plating can be added to almost any metal, including brass, copper or nickel. Silver items can also be gold-plated.
