Grape Wine - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

The Indian wine industry is in its nascent stage. The per capita consumption of wine in India is only 10 ml per annum as against 100 litres per year in Argentina and 65 litres in the European countries. However, the Indian wine industry has been continuously growing over the last ten years. Awareness about the benefits of wine drinking is also on the rise and wine is gradually becoming a part of urban Indian life style. Rising incomes of Indian population and exposure to new culture is adding to the higher consumption. Wine volume sales grew by 17% in 2005, keeping up with the pace of growth seen in 2004 to clock reach 4.6 million litres. Value sales of wine were worth just under Rs4.5 billion, which represented an increase of almost 20% in current terms on the previous year. Despite the rapid growth, wine sales continued to represent a minor proportion of total alcoholic beverages consumption in India, and barely measurable per capita consumption. As per the types of wine consumed, red wine has the largest market share (45% of total wine consumed) followed by white wine (40%), sparkling wine (13%) and rose wine (2%). Further, the consumption of wine is unevenly spread across the country as 4 major cities i.e. Mumbai (40%), Delhi (31%), Goa (8%) & Bangalore (6%) contribute about 85% of total wine consumption. The Indian wine market is mostly dominated by three major players / Companies. Grapes are the key raw material in the production of wines. For wine manufacturing, uninterrupted supply of grapes is must to ensure smooth production. Hence most of the wineries have their own vineyards or make arrangements with farmers / growers for supply of grapes as a backward integration. Recognizing the scope of potential, the Government of India has put more emphasis on the development of the wine industry. The Maharashtra Government has announced a series of incentives like nil excise duty and 4% sales tax same as that of agricultural produce for all the wineries in the state, simplified licensing procedure for new wineries, winery has been given status of Food Processing Industry, grant of subsidy, single window clearance system etc. after it classified wine as agro based product. The state has also established two wine parks, Godavari Wine Park in Nashik and Krishna Wine Park in Sangli district.

Cement industry is one of the most important basic industries on which depends the economic health of a developing country. In fact the important indicators of the industrial vitality of a country is its per capita consumption of cement. India is the eleventh largest producer of cement of the world, with an installed capacity of 26.5 million tonnes and an investment of Rs. 280 crores in 55 units spread all over the country providing employment to over 80,000 persons. A development council embracing representative of all parties concerned with the industry including consumers has been setup. The council is intended to function as a watching over seeing all aspects of the industry fixing production targets, monitoring progress, optimizing the use of raw materials and attending to such matters as standardization, export promotion, developing the use of industrial wastes in cement manufacturer and production of special cements. Realized in this sense, analysis of cement demand should, ideally, proceed on the basis of measuring the demand for capital goods, intermediate products or, to some extent durable consumer goods. Urban development to a large extent depends on the availability of construction materials like steel and cement not only for the residential complexes, but also for the overhead facilities like roads, bridges tanks etc. besides the urban sectors, the growth of rural sector may also influence the level of major irrigation, residential and non residential farm houses etc. The demand for this product is good. Friction Dust From Cashew Shell Liquid - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Friction materials like brake linings clutch facing and transformer band are bonded largely with phenolic resins. Automotive applications are the largest outlet for friction elements. Though many other vehicles and machines depend on such composites, including aircraft, train, drilling rigs etc. Two important recent developments have occurred in automotive-brake element; conversion of drum brakes to disc brakes and the development of non asbestos composites. Both developments require that the binder resins exhibit higher temperature performance without deleteriously affecting the coefficient of friction coefficient stability over a broad temperature range, were of the composite and improved adhesion to the semi metallic additive which replace asbestos. The phenolic resins generally is employed at 10-20% of the composite mix. Other ingredients include filter at 20-30% friction granules or friction dust i.e. a cross linked particles based on alkenyl phenol extracted from cashew nut shell and asbestos or semi metallic fibers at 40-60% weight of % etc. The commercial shell oil obtained by the roasting of cashew nuts is a dark brown viscous oil easily soluble most of the organic solvents. The shell oil is also distilled and polymerization products of the distillate or mixture of distilled with other materials have found their may into the composition of diverse products including oil and acid proof cold setting cements, industrial flooring tiles and automobile brake linings the chief constituents of the oil in the shells anacardic acid and cardol. India is the largest producers of raw cashew nut in the world and acquainted for 45 percent of total world production. The production is increasing at an annual compound growth rate of 4.0 percent. Forging is the working of metal into a useful shape by hammering or pressing. Most forging operations are carried hot, but certain metals may be cold forged too. Two broad categories of forging processes are : (1) Open-die forging and (2) Closed die forging. The former is carried out between flat dies or dies of very simple shape and this process is used for large objects produced in small numbers. The latter process uses to die halves carrying impressions of the desired final shape. The work-pieces are deformed under high pressure in a close cavity to produce precision forgings of close dimensional tolerances. Bearing used for making different type bearing sliding bearing, rolling bearing. Sliding bearing may be guide, Journal, Thrust, Type and Rolling Bearing like Ball and Roller Bearing. Bearing are used to case friction between moving parts. Bearing are also used to carry load in certain industries such as those that handle materials and find application also in rotating parts of virtually all machines and automobiles. The bearings industry consists of bimetal bearings and anti-friction bearings. The anti-friction bearings market can be further classified into two segments ball and roller bearings. Aromatic Perfumery Compound - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

A perfume can be defined as a blend of odorous materials of natural and synthetic origin which gives a pleasant odour impression. The art of perfumery is of extreme antiquity. The perfumes have been used from time immemorial and have played an important part in daily life of the people. The application of cheap synthetic perfumes in the manufacture of soaps, cosmetics and confectionary, etc. induced Indian perfumes to import and methods of production could not complete with the modern scientific equipments and process. Therefore, improvements in the existing equipments and process are to be introduced early the develop the present state of perfumery industry in the country. While the number of natural and synthetic perfumery chemicals are limited. That of possible complexes are very large. Modern perfumes are developed to satisfy varied tastes. Aromatic perfumery compound are quite cheap and also produce stable perfumes and hence are highly popular. They are very widely used particularly. Fancy and Royal bouquet like perfumes are used in Agarbatti to import scent in it. The formulation considered here for Fancy perfumes can also be considered for it has application in flavouring foods. It produces strong fruity odour suggestive of peach. The formulation considered for Royal bouquet can also be used for flavouring foods. It provides a light, balsamic odour reminiscent of almost and a Sharps pungent taste. The flourishing position which India has to olden times and medieval periods dwindled down due to the lack of scientific knowledge and inability of Indian manufacturers to adopt themselves to the modern advancements in science and equipments. The introduction of cheap aromatic chemicals and perfumes, having odours similar to the natural perfumery essential oils, further decreased Indian exports. This is the reason that these perfumery compounds are getting more popularity with the increase in population as well as inclination of people towards aestheticism has greatly influenced the business trend of the perfumery compound. The consumption of these bouquet like perfumery compounds is increasing day by day as the production of fancy and Royal bouquet like perfumery compounds is quite profitable. It is a very good project. So new entrepreneur may enter in this field.

Dyeing on Rayon in Hanks Form & Cone Form - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

These dyes are so powerful that very small amounts, comparatively, are needed to colour a large amount of material. The dyestuff should never be shaken out, but carefully dipped out in a narrow-bowled teaspoon from the tin or glass container, and placed in a small-sized agate saucepan. Then a few drops of acetic acid are added, and the dyestuff is rubbed in the acid with the spoon until every particle has been wet down. In this condition the dye is readily soluble in hot (not boiling) water, which should be poured on it stirred well and allowed to settle, before decanting the solution into the dye-bath, preferably through a strainer covered with a piece of wet muslin or doubled cheesecloth, to be sure and strain out any particles of undissolved colour. Some of the dyes, notably Methylene Blue, when wetted, have a way of making a sticky paste, which is hard to dissolve, but by keeping it wet with acid each time, before adding more warm water, it will sooner or later make a good clear solution. It is used to making nonwoven fabrics. It is used to make coated fabrics. It is best to begin with the dye-bath at a very moderate temperature, and to heat it gently, keeping well below the boiling point. According to observation in India it is found that there is negative growth of rayon grade fibers. In all new production of rayon grade fibre is 227000 MT/Annum. It is better to start dyeing unit of other textile fabric with rayon grade threads. There is good scope for new units. Any entrepreneur can come in this field.

Infusion therapy as a basic toll of modern medical care enables the physician to restore and stabilize homeostasis states quickly and completely. In nursing homes and hospital where patients are suffering from acute dehydration or considerable debilitating conditions, the intra venous fluids are used as I.V. drips. The basic function of I.V. fluids is to replenish the body fluids. Although there are number of I.V. fluids, but generally three types of I.V. fluids are used in hospitals as I.V. drips. 1. Dextrose injection fluid. 2. Dextrose and sodium chloride injection fluid. 3. Sodium Chloride injection solution (Saline solution). Dextrose solution is used during postoperative period when sodium extraction of 10-15% are used as diuretic for increasing in urine flow. Saline solution is used when large amount of sodium has been lost by vomiting or by gastric or intestinal duodenal aspiration or through an alimentary fistula. Dextrose monohydrate is used as supplement to cows milk in part of feeding. Hypertonic dextrose solution (25-50%) is in medical treatment partly because they are believed to strengthen heart muscles. Hypertonic solutions are used in intravenous injection to relieve intractable pressure in-patient with hydrocephalus and meningitis. The drug industry has now achieved an impressive growth during the last four decades of planning and development.
