Solid Wood Finger Jointed Boards from Pine Wood - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

A finger joint or comb joint is a woodworking joint made by cutting a set of complementary rectangular cuts in two pieces of wood, which are then glued. These are long tapered fingers that interlock to join two pieces lengthwise as in commercial moulding or side by side in panels. It can be used to make joinery material, beams, table tops, parquet flooring, Cabinet shutters, wardrobe panels, Stave panels and Staircase panels. Finger Jointed Laminated Boards offer a solution to the increasing shortage of solid timber panels. The finger joint can also be invaluable when fixing tables and chairs and also can be used in such things as floor boards, timber roof and door construction. This is also used in design technology for students. Finger joints can be hard to make without the right tools. Finger Jointed Laminated Boards can be used to make joinery materials, beams, table tops, parquet flooring and for other panel applications. Indian particle board and plywood industry dates back to the First World War. It has come a long way having grown nearly six-fold since its inception. The large producers account for 15% of the total production, producing some 38 mn sqm of plywood and blockboards. The Indian market for particle board and plywood is estimated in value terms, at over Rs 37 bn. Of the total market, particle board including medium density fibreboard (MDF board) accounts for nearly a quarter of the market. Nearly 85% of the particle board is supplied by the organized sector. Western India has emerged as the leader in the particle board segment. As a whole Solid Wood Finger Jointed Boards is one of the project which has good prospect for the entrepreneurs to invest. Plastic (P.V.C.) Laminated Collapsible Tubes - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

The plastic collapsible tube is a product of daily use because every paste, like thing is packed in this tube. According to an estimate, the population of India is more than 100 crores and there are number of persons who might be using collapsible tubes in one way or the other. Once the tube has been used, it is discarded and cannot be used again; hence it is a consumable item. Plastic collapsible tubes can be beautifully printed in multi-colors which have better eye appeal. These plastic collapsible tubes are being widely used for packaging of adhesives, art colors, creams, lubricants etc. They are suitable for packaging of lotion cosmetics, tooth-pastes, shaving creams, hair cream; face cream, auto cleaners, polishes etc. There are various methods by which polythene collapsible tubes can be manufactured. One is by extruding in the form of a continuous hose like tubing which is then cut to the desired length. In another process injection mouled heads are then jointed to the tubes. Another conventional method practiced for production of collapsible tubes in Blow Molding Technique. The packaging industry is estimated at Rs 150 bn and is growing at 14-15% annually. This growth, according to industry watchers, is expected to double in the next two years. It is estimated that more than 80% of packaging in India constitutes rigid packaging, the rest being flexible. Flexible packaging includes paper, plastics (PVC, LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, polyester and poly-propylene), cloth and metal foils, especially of aluminium, besides jute and HDPE bags for bulk handling. The potential for packaging industry can be seen in the present low per capita consumption of two base materials, packaging paper and plastics. The overall growth rate of the industry has tapered off from 40% in early 1990s to around 9%. The flexible packaging industry is expected to grow at about 10-15% per annum in the coming years. Thus, it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Few Indian Major Players are as under:- A P T Packaging Ltd. Aravali (India) Ltd. Arcee Industries Ltd. Ashish Chemo-Plast Equipments Ltd. HDPE Woven Sacks - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Layout

High density polyethylene or HDPE woven sacks have become a versatile commodity in the packaging industry Introduced for the first time in India during the year 1969 it has over the years replaced the conventional jute bags to a large extent. HDPE sacks have an edge over the conventional jute sacks in the sense that the former are light in weight, strong and attractive. These sacks are immune to the effect of corrosion, decay, moisture, atmosphere, rats, rodents, moths and insects. Being superior in quality and economic as compared to the traditional jute material, these modern sacks have gradually captured a large market for packing fertilizers, chemicals, food stuffs, animal foods, oil cakes etc. Sacks made of HDPE are laminated with LDPE inside it. This gives protection against moisture, air and the material packed cannot penetrate out of the sack. Applications of HDPE Woven Sacks: The HDPE bags are used in bulk packaging of diverse material including: • Plastic Resins • Granules • Chemicals • Milk Powder • Rubber • Chemicals • The current demand of woven sacks in North Eastern Region is estimated to be in the range of 600 - 650 MTPM of which only 60 - 70% of the requirement is fulfilled by local industries, Cement, Fertilizer and Flour Mills are major woven sacks consuming sectors in North-Eastern Region. The only fertilizer complex (urea based) of NER is located in Assam with installed capacity of 0.5 MMTPA, and has reported a production growth of 12% in the past five years. Apart from urea complex, there are 9 bio-fertilizer units in the region with a total installed capacity of 1115 MTPA. Thus, it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Wheat flour is a powder made from the grinding of wheat used for human consumption. More wheat flour is produced than any other flour. Wheat varieties are called "soft" or "weak" if gluten content is low, and are called "hard" or "strong" if they have high gluten content. Hard flour, or bread flour, is high in gluten, with 12% to 14% gluten content, and has elastic toughness that holds its shape well once baked. Rice flour (also rice powder) is a form of flour made from finely milled rice. It is distinct from rice starch, which is usually produced by steeping rice in lye. Rice flour is a particularly good substitute for wheat flour, which causes irritation in the digestive systems of those who are gluten-intolerant. Rice flour is also used as a thickening agent in recipes that are refrigerated or frozen since it inhibits liquid separation. Rice flour may be made from either white rice or brown rice. To make the flour, the husk of rice or paddy is removed and raw rice is obtained, which is then ground to flour. Puttu is a South Indian and Sri Lankan breakfast dish of steamed cylinders of ground rice layered with coconut. It is highly popular in the Indian state of Kerala as well as in many areas of Sri Lanka, where it is also known as puttu. Puttu is served with side dishes such as palm sugar or chickpea curry or banana. India is ranked as the world’s largest producer of a number of agri-products including milk and dairy products and pulses .and the second largest producer of rice, wheat, sugar and cotton. India produces more than 200 million tonnes of different food grains every year. All major grains – rice, wheat, maize, barley and millets like jowar (great millet), bajra (pearl millet) & ragi (finger millet) are produced in the country. About 15 per cent of the annual production of wheat is converted into wheat products. There are 10,000 pulse mills in the country with a milling capacity of 14 million tonnes, milling about 75 per cent of annual pulse production. The country is self sufficient in grain production and is the second largest rice producer in the world with a 20 per cent global share. Primary milling of rice, wheat and pulses is the most important activity in food grains processing. As a whole it is a good project for entrepreneurs for investment.
