Dextrose Powder - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Layout

Dextrose in food is a simple sugar. It is actually a type of glucose, which is a monosaccharide that is widely found in nature and is used by nearly every living organism as a source of energy at the cellular level. The glucose molecule comes in two molecular forms that are mirror images of one another, and dextrose is one of those forms. Dextrose (or D-Glucose) is a simple hexose mono-saccharide sugar. It is so called because it turns the plane of polarization to the right. Entirely derived from corn it is free from all other sugars and starches, proteins, alcohols and heavy metals. It is the natural form of Glucose. Dextrose is a form of glucose, a monosaccharide, or simple sugar. Glucose is your body's primary fuel, and while your digestive system can break down all the foods that you eat into glucose, carbohydrates provide the most amount of raw materials for glucose. Glucose molecules can occur in two different shapes, known as stereoisomers, and one of those forms is called dextrorotary glucose. It's also known by the chemical name of dextrose monohydrate, or d-glucose for short. The food industry calls this sugar dextrose. The demand for dextrin and dextrose is highly influenced by the growth of the manufacturing sectors mainly textiles, glass, printing ink, food, soft drink, tanning, tobacco and the like. The manufacturing sector has been growing by more than 6% in the past few years. Assuming the past trend will continue in the future, an annual average growth rate of 6% is applied to forecast the future demand by taking the current effective demand as a base. So any new entrants can venture in to this industry. Few Indian Major Players are as under:- Gujarat Ambuja Proteins Ltd. Indian Maize & Chemicals Ltd. K G Gluco Biols Ltd. TMT Bars - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Steel is a generic name for a group of ferrous metals which due to their abundance durability versatility and low cost are most useful metallic material known to mankind. Thermo Mechanical Treatment (TMT) process for reinforcement bars is opening up new vistas in composite RCC, the re-enforcing steel is the costliest constituent (30 To 40% Per Cu. M. of concrete). This cost can be substantially reduced by using higher grades of steel re-enforcing bars. The higher yield strength of re-bars lowers the steel requirement, which results in reduced cost of construction. In India, high strength re-bars of yield strength up to 500 N/sq. mm. are produced either by cold twisting or micro-alloying or a combination of both which adds considerably to the cost of the re-enforcement bars. In the production of TMT bars the carbon is restricted to below 0.20% for imparting better ductility and bend-ability and to ensure better weld-ability. The carbon equivalent of the steel is controlled by the addition of Manganese (from 0.50% to 1.0% depending on the grade of the TMT bar being produced. In case of production of corrosion resistant TMT bars, corrosion-resisting elements are suitably added in the steel. Global steel production has crossed the 1 billion ton mark due to an upturn in steel demand during the last few years on the back of recovery in the global economy. Global steel trade has now increased to around 350 MT. The industry though continues to be fragmented with top 5 players accounting for less than 20% of the total industry capacity. Global steel manufacturers are increasingly realizing the need to have alliances and consolidation activity has picked up all over the world during the last 2-3 years. Due to demand growth, it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest & any entrepreneurs venture into this field will be successful.

Copper is mankind’s oldest metal, dating back some 10,000 years. All of the great civilizations of the past used copper and copper alloys (principally bronze and later brass) for both decorative and utilitarian purposes. Copper was used for military purposes, artistic applications such as church bells and statuary, tools and numerous other functional objects. However, it was the Industrial revolution that brought about a tremendous change in the production and consumption of copper and copper alloys. An ingot is a material, usually metal, that is cast into a shape suitable for further processing. Ingots require a second procedure of shaping, such as cold/hot working, cutting or milling to produce a useful final product. Wire rod produced by continuous cast, pure copper rod for making wire that is drawn down to various types of coated and uncoated wire. Global industrial demand for refined copper is over 14 mn tonne and its usage is growing by around 3% per annum. Developing countries account for over one-third of refined copper consumption. The domestic copper pipes and tubes industry is estimated to have a turnover of Rs 10 bn. It is expected to return a 25% growth in the next two-three years, according to industry estimates. A substantial part of total demand is met through domestic production. The gap is met through imports, growing at 25% by end users, such as refrigeration industry. Maize and its By Products (Maize Starch, Modified Starches & Animal Feed) Corn starch, corn flour or maize starch is the starch derived from the corn (maize) grain. The starch is obtained from the endosperm of the corn kernel. Corn starch is a popular food ingredient used in thickening sauces or soups, and is used in making corn syrup and other sugars. Starch or amylum is a carbohydrate consisting of a large number of glucose units joined by glycosidic bonds. This polysaccharide is produced by most green plants as an energy store. It is the most common carbohydrate in human diets and is contained in large amounts in such staple foods as potatoes, wheat, maize (corn), rice, and cassava. Starch is processed to produce many of the sugars in processed foods. Dissolving starch in warm water gives wheat paste, which can be used as a thickening, stiffening or gluing agent. The biggest industrial non-food use of starch is as adhesive in the paper making process. Starch can be applied to parts of some garments before ironing, to stiffen them. Maize Starch is a mixture of polysaccharides about 74% amylopectin and 26% amylose. It is a fine White Powder, odorless, taste slight and characteristic and microbiologically suitable as Pharmaceutical grade, useful in Pharmaceutical and Food Industry as a binder, thickener, disintegrating agents in tableting and various formulations. Maize Processing (Glucose, Sorbitol and Oil) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Glucose is a monosaccharide (or simple sugar) also known as grape sugar, blood sugar, or corn sugar, is a very important carbohydrate in biology. The living cell uses it as a source of energy and metabolic intermediate. Glucose is one of the main products of photosynthesis and starts cellular respiration in both prokaryotes (bacteria and archaea) and eukaryotes (animals, plants, fungi, and protists). Sorbitol, also known as glucitol, is a sugar alcohol, which the human body metabolizes slowly. It can be obtained by reduction of glucose, changing the aldehyde group to a hydroxyl group. Most sorbitol is made from corn syrup, but it is also found in apples, pears, peaches, and prunes. It is synthesized by sorbitol-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and converted to fructose by succinate dehydrogenase and sorbitol dehydrogenase. Succinate dehydrogenase is an enzyme complex that participates in the citric acid cycle. Corn oil (maize oil) is oil extracted from the germ of corn (maize). Its main use is in cooking, where its high smoke point makes refined corn OIL a valuable frying oil. It is also a key ingredient in some margarines. Corn oil is generally less expensive than most other types of vegetable oils. The corn contains corn oil 2.8% by weight. Corn oil is also a feedstock used for biodiesel. Other industrial uses for corn oil include soap, salve, paint, rust proofing for metal surfaces, inks, textiles, nitroglycerin, and insecticides. It is sometimes used as a carrier for drug molecules in pharmaceutical preparations. A large part of the demand for starches arises from the paper, textile, construction and pharmaceutical industries. Their use in foods is growing at a low rate. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest.
