Best Business Opportunities in Arunachal Pradesh - Identification and Selection of right Project, Thrust areas for Investment, Industry Startup and Entrepreneurship Projects

Arunachal Pradesh is a state of India, its capital is Itanagar. More than half of the population of Arunachal Pradesh is engaged in agriculture, but only a very small portion of the land is under cultivation. Land is cleared by burning the vegetation, is cultivated for several years, and then is abandoned in favor of another site when the productivity of the soil declines. Rice, corn (maize), millet, and buckwheat are among the chief crops grown by this method. Arunachal Pradesh has significant, though largely unutilized, resource potential. Among its resources for generating energy are rivers, coal, and petroleum; most of the state’s power is provided by hydroelectric plants. The Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh has a total population of roughly 1.4 million (as of 2011) on an area of 84,000 km2, amounting to a population density of about 17 km−2.

TOURISM

Tourism is service-oriented sector which has made rapid strides globally in terms of gross revenue and foreign exchange earnings. The tourism sector stimulates other economic sectors through its backward and forward linkage and cross-sectional synergies with sectors like agriculture, horticulture, poultry, handicrafts, transport and construction. Tourism to Arunachal Pradesh needs to be promoted by an aggressive and well coordinated marketing strategy and to be successful as a Brand in the market place. Arunachal Pradesh is on the northeastern tip of India, bordering Bhutan on the west, China on the north, Myanmar on the east and the states of Assam on the south. Part of the Eastern Himalayan ranges, this state covers 83,743 sq. km. Trekking, mountaineering, wildlife tourism, river rafting and other water sports as well as its peaceful retreats can be promoted under such pristine natural environment. Arunachal Pradesh is a natural garden of more than 20,000 identified species of medicinal plants and many more still remain unidentified.

Dough Moulded Compound

Dough moulding compound (DMC) is an uncured dough-like thermoset compound used to make glass reinforced plastic (GRP) products. It is formed into products by compression moulding. Compression moulding involves placing a measured amount of DMC into a heated mould, then forcing it into the mould cavities using a heated plug. The heated plug and mould softens the DMC and allows it to flow into the mould cavities. After a few seconds, heat from the plug and mould begins to cure the DMC, which solidifies and hardens. Dough Molding Compound (DMC) is offered as a dough or extrudate for small but highly intricate moldings. Meant for electrical switchgear and other non-structural applications. Indigenously manufactured machinery combined with knowledge from Menzolit enable the production of high quality DMC. These molding compounds are reactive molding materials made primarily of Unsaturated Polyester Resin, Glass Fiber and Fillers. They form into solid components of desired sizes, shapes and properties on application of heat and pressure in a matched die mold. Different techniques include compression and injection molding.

Shoe Laces

Shoelaces are also called shoestrings in US or bootlaces in UK, are a system commonly used to secure shoes, boots and other footwear. They typically consist of a pair of strings or cords, one for each shoe, finished off at both ends with stiff sections, known as aglets. Each shoelace typically passes through a series of holes, eyelets, loops or hooks on either side of the shoe. Loosening the lacing allows the shoe to open wide enough for the foot to be inserted or removed. Tightening the lacing and tying off the ends secures the foot within the shoe.

Aluminium Anodizing Plant

Amorphous aluminum oxide (alumina, Al2O3) forms in a layer 2-3 nm thick when bare aluminum is exposed to oxygen. Aluminium anodizing is an electrochemical process in which an oxide (anodic) layer is chemically built on the surface of the metal. This oxide layer acts as an insulator and can be dyed in a wide variety of colors. Anodizing provides surface corrosion protection along with an excellent substrate for decorative finishes. Anodizing is a process for producing decorative and protective films on articles made from aluminium and its alloys. It is essentially a process where a thick film of aluminium oxide is built up on the surface of the aluminium through the use of a direct current electrical supply. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Aluminium is ideally suited to anodizing, although other nonferrous metals, such as magnesium and titanium, also can be anodized. While anodizing aluminium allows the metal to keep its natural appearance, the pores in the protective oxide layer also help to provide a better surface for the adhesion of paints and glues. Anodized aluminium parts are commonly found in aircraft and architectural components, as well as consumer goods such as appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, and barbecues), sporting goods (baseball bats, golf carts, and fishing equipment) and electronics (televisions, smartphones, and computers).
