Uses and Applications Cement water proofing compounds or water repellent agents are widely used in civil construction works. Water proofing compounds are used in the structural and industrial construction works to make them completely impervious to water and water vapour, whether or not the water is under pressure. Their wide range of uses and applications are as follows: Water proofing compounds are used as an important ingredient in the masonry works like dams, canals etc. Water proofing agents or water repellents is used in structural and industrial works.
