The technical evaluation covered two primary production methodologies — the Czochralski crystal pulling process and the float-zone method — assessing machinery requirements, plant setup, cleanroom facility needs, and full production workflow from raw material preparation through to ingot wafering.
Market analysis covered demand across solar energy, semiconductors, electronics, and EV components, with both domestic and export dimensions assessed. Government PLI scheme support was factored in as a meaningful long-term tailwind.
Financial modeling confirmed promising ROI, a moderate payback period, and strong long-term revenue scalability. A phased implementation roadmap covered everything from regulatory approvals through to commercial launch.
