What is Rubber Extrusion?
Rubber extrusion is the process of transforming rubbers into useful products like automobile tires, rubber mats and rubber stretching bands. Extruded rubber parts are forced through a die of the specified cross section under pressure of an extruder. The extruded material is in a soft, pliable state. The extruded products will have to be vulcanized or hardened to make them usable.
