Intravenous (IV) Solution Market Analysis

Intravenous (IV) Solution Market Analysis

Introduction:

These are the fluids which are intended to be admit mastered to a patient directly into the venous circulation. These are sterile fluids that protect patients at the time of severe dehydration. It is used each for injections, syringe at higher pressure, for infusions generally using only the pressure supplied by gravity. These are basically referred to drips. Throughout the body it is the fastest way to deliver medications and fluid replacement. It is also used for fluid volume replacement, and blood transfusion. The intravenous fluid are used as IV drip for nursing homes and hospital where patients are suffering from acute dehydration or considerable debilitating conditions. It is used to replenish the body fluids.

Types of Intravenous Fluid

  • Dextrose injection fluid

It is used to that postoperative period when sodium extraction of 10-15% are used as diuretic for rising urine flow.

  • Dextrose and sodium chloride injection fluid

It is used as alternate to cow’s milk partially of feeding.

  • Sodium chloride injection solution (saline solution)

It is used when huge amount of sodium has been lost by vomiting, gastric, intestinal, duodenal aspiration or through an elementary fistula.

Benefits of the Intravenous Solution:

  • In Intravenous special bag design and per bag saves 10mm film than others.
  • In Intravenous solution 0.5-1 hour to switch from one size to another.
  • In this solution only need one control system, 1HMI and operator.
  • In this solution no wastage between bags, decreasing both material and energy consumption.
  • In this solution simple structure, more stable and reliable performance.
  • In this solution auto faulty rejection system detected by the machine.
  • In this solution no overflows, no particles generation.

Manufacturing Process of Intravenous Solution

  • Firstly, Pharmaceuticals– grade plastic resin is vertically heat extruded throw a circular throat to for a hanging tube that is called the parison.
  • Then, this extruded tube is then enclosed within two part mould, and the tube is cut above the mould.
  • Then the mould is transfer to the filling zone, where filling needles are lowered and used to inflate the plastic to form the container with in the mould.

  • This formation of the container, the mandrel used to fill the container with liquid. And then this filling the mandrels are extracted and the secondary top mould seals the container.
  • Then all of the actions take place inside a sterile shrouded chamber inside the machine.
  • Then the product discharge to non – sterile area for labeling, packaging and distribution.
  • Then, this process starts with the extrusion of plastic granules in the form of hot hollow pipe of molten plastic called a parison.
  • Then the following steps are the blow molding of the container from the plastic granule. This parison is closed between the mould and the container gets formed either by blowing sterile compressed air or by vaccum or as well as blowing.
