Carbon Fiber - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Carbon fibers have been under continuous development for the last 50 years. The properties of carbon fibers, such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, make them very popular in aerospace, civil engineering, military, and motorsports, along with other competition sports. However, they are relatively expensive when compared to similar fibers, such as glass fibers or plastic fibers. Carbon fibers are usually combined with other materials to form a composite. When combined with a plastic resin and wound or molded it forms carbon fiber reinforced polymer (often referred to as carbon fiber) which has a very high strength-to-weight ratio, and is extremely rigid although somewhat brittle. However, carbon fibers are also composited with other materials, such as with graphite to form carbon-carbon composites, which have a very high heat tolerance. Carbon fiber is most notably used to reinforce composite materials, particularly the class of materials known as carbon fiber or graphite reinforced polymers. Non-polymer materials can also be used as the matrix for carbon fibers. Due to the formation of metal carbides and corrosion considerations, carbon has seen limited success in metal matrix composite applications. Reinforced carbon-carbon (RCC) consists of carbon fiber-reinforced graphite, and is used structurally in high-temperature applications. The fiber also finds use in filtration of high-temperature gases, as an electrode with high surface area and impeccable corrosion resistance, and as an anti-static component. European companies consume 46% of the quantity of carbon fiber used worldwide in the aerospace and defence sector while their counterparts in the USA use a further 33%. Furthermore, 86% of the carbon fiber used in the area of sport/leisure is processed in China, a result of pricing pressure and the fact that this sector is now primarily dominated by mass production methods. The future of Carbon Fiber is very bright, with vast potential in many different industries. As a whole it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest.

MATCH BOX (AUTOMATIC PLANT) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

A match is a small stick of wood or strip of cardboard with a solidified mixture of flammable chemicals deposited on one end. When that end is struck on a rough surface, the friction generates enough heat to ignite the chemicals and produce a small flame. Some matches, called strike-anywhere matches, may be ignited by striking them on any rough surface. Other matches, called safety matches, will ignite only when they are struck on a special rough surface containing certain chemicals. A match is a tool for starting a fire. Typically, modern matches are made of small wooden sticks or stiff paper. One end is coated with a material that can be ignited by frictional heat generated by striking the match against a suitable surface. Wooden matches are packaged in matchboxes, and paper matches are partially cut into rows and stapled into matchbooks. The coated end of a match, known as the match "head", contains either phosphorus or phosphorus sesquisulfide as the active ingredient and gelatin as a binder. There are two main types of matches: safety matches, which can be struck only against a specially prepared surface, and strike-anywhere matches, for which any suitably frictional surface can be used. Some match-like compositions, known as electric matches, are ignited electrically and do not make use of heat from friction. Wooden match production in India is split into three sectoral categories: the mechanized large-scale sector; the handmade small-scale sector; and the cottage sector. 82% of total match production is in the handmade small-scale (67%) and cottage (15%) sectors, where technology has remained relatively simple. These two non-mechanized sectors of the match industry are distinguished primarily by output size. As a whole it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest.

‘‘Cotton’ the white gold is one of the most important commercial; crops playing a key role in the economical, political and social affairs of the country. India, today is the third largest producer of cotton in the world. About one third of total crop is irrigated and rest is rainfed. The cotton plant forms a deep and extensive network of roots hence concentrated tillage is essential for sound growth. The heavier the soil selected the greater the importance of adequate aeration, tilth and mould. Light and medium heavy soils are preferred and tillage is less deep. Therefore traditional and simple methods are still practiced in many regions and hoes are still in use although ploughing is more general. The textile industry is classified into (i) textile mills comprising composite and spinning mills in the organised sector; (ii) small powerloom and handloom units in the decentralised sector; (iii) khadi-based units; (iv) manmade and synthetic fibre and spinning units; (v) knitting units; and (vi) made-ups (garments). The industry is made up of small-scale, non-integrated spinning, weaving, finishing and apparel-making units as well integrated composite mills. SAW pipe is Submerged Arc Welded pipe. They are the pipes formed by the process called Submerged Arc welding. There can be two types of SAW pipes: 1. LSAW-Longitudinal SAW and 2. HSAW- Helical SAW. (aka Spiral SAW). LSAW pipes are basically pipes formed by bending rectangular steel plates and are subsequently welded longitudinally (internally and externally) along the seam to form a pipe. HSAW pipes are pipes formed by conversion on Hot Rolled Coils and are subsequently welded internally and externally to form HSAW pipes. SAW process basically consists of an arc submerged in Flux used to weld the pipe. The flux is used to isolate the arc from the atmosphere. SAW pipes are manufactured by welding the edges of steel plates or by spiral welding of hot rolled coil (HR coil). The Saw Pipes manufactured from plates are called Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) and are mainly used for transporting oil and gas (onshore/offshore). While, Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes are made from HR coil, where the coil is welded spirally to give a shape of pipe and are mainly used for transporting oil and gas (onshore) and water transport. Apart from these, both the category of pipes can be used for structural applications also. Seamless pipes and tubes are used in both oil and non-oil sectors in a wide range of applications as line pipes, casing pipes, production tubings, drill pipes and the like. In the oil sector, API (American Petroleum Institute) standard pipes are preferred for line pipes and casing pipes. Plastic (HDPE, PVC, UPVC) Pipes - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost & Revenue

Plastic (HDPE, PVC, UPVC and RCC) Pipes [NPCS/4771/22821, 22826] PVC pipes are made out of a material known as polyvinyl chloride, a durable, strong plastic-like substance. Pipes are constructed from this material and used in various applications from plumbing to construction. The pipe is designed to be universal. All pipes are designed around specific requirements to ensure that multiple pipe sections will fit together. The ends of the pipe can either be smooth or grooved (similar to a screw). Because PVC pipes are used in many housing and commercial construction applications, it is important that each pipe is tested to ensure quality. UPVC pipes offer the most hygienic means of fluid transportation. They are highly capable in fighting attacks by fungi and are not subject to contamination. The inside surface which is extremely smooth, does not support any growth, encrustation or fuming, and no odour or taste is transmitted to the fluid being conveyed. This property is of prime importance for the transportation of potable water to towns and villages. The PVC pipes are much lighter than cast iron or A.C pipes. Because of their light weight PVC pipes are easy to handle, transport, and install. Solvent cementing techniques for jointing PVC pipe lengths is cheaper, more efficient and far simpler. PVC pipes do not become pitted or tuberculated and are unaffected by fungi and bacteria and are resistant to a wide range of chemicals. They are immune to galvanic and electrolytic attack, a problem frequently encountered in metal pipes especially when buried in corrosive soils or near brackish waters. PVC pipes have elastic properties and their resistance to deformation resulting from earth movements is superior compared to conventional pipe materials especially asbestos. PVC pipes and fittings market in India has grown at a CAGR of 12.5% during the period from FY’2009-FY’2014. In the past few years, government of India has initiated many new projects and investments in the irrigation sector. The focus of the government is on rural water management, which will be fulfilled only when there will be proper infrastructure for the transportation of water to the end-user. This factor will remain as one of the major drivers for the growth of PVC pipe industry in the country along with the expansion of housing sector and increasing demand for oil and gas transportation. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. The term covers a multiplicity of venues and a diversity of styles of cuisine. The one and only feature of a restaurant is the kind of food and/or beverages it serves to its customers. There are all sorts of restaurants in all cities of the world ranging from budget to very expensive ones where international cuisine is served and the ambience is great. Some restaurants also serve alcoholic drinks for which they obtain a license from the administration. Some are specialized restaurants where a particular cuisine is served such as Chinese, Italian, Thai, Japanese, and so on. Restaurants range from unpretentious lunching or dining places catering to people working nearby, with simple food and fixed menu served in simple settings at low prices, to expensive establishments serving expensive speciality food and wines in a formal setting. In the former case, customers usually wear casual clothing. In the latter case, depending on culture and local traditions, customers might wear semi-casual, semi-formal, or even in rare cases formal wear. Typically, customers sit at tables, their orders are taken by a waiter, who brings the food when it is ready, and the customers pay the bill before leaving. INDIA is one of the world’s largest producers as well as consumers of food. Changing food consumption patterns of India’s population is expected to not only increase consumption volume in absolute terms to US$230 billion but also shift people’s diet qualitatively towards richer, processed foods, which will force increased commodity requirements. A collapsible tube is defined as a cylinder of pliable metal that can be sealed in such a manner that its contents, although readily discharged in any desired quantity, are protected from contact with air or moisture. Products so packaged must flow under pressure low enough not to damage the tube. Collapsible tubes are widely used as handy flexible packages for pastes and semi-liquids. As the tube is flattened out to expel its contents, the capacity of the tube is proportionately reduced without the introduction of air and the material in the tube does not suffer any deterioration. These are fabricated readily, and are strong enough to withstand processing, they are light in weight, easy to handle, and fairly cheap. They can be handled on high speed machines. This type of cans are properly sealed after filling the measured quantity, to keep the customer's faith on sealed material sealing also prevents dusting and other bad materials to mix with the product. Collapsible tubes are made from aluminium, tin coated lead, or lead tin alloy by cold extrusion. They consist of three parts, the main tube, a shoulder to one end of which a screened nozzle with orifice is fitted, and a molded cap to close the orifice, sometimes application of various design are attached to the nozzle with the help of mechanical or hand operated filling machines, the end is sealed by folding and crimping. Collapsible tubes were initially introduced for packing artists oil color. However, now its use has spread for packing a wide variety of products. These tubes are used for filling tooth paste, shaving creams, ointment and inks, etc. It is hygienic, non-toxic and non-absorbent and has a high heat transfer rate. Consequently, aluminium is an ideal tubing material for several process industry applications. Bamboo Sticks - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

Bamboo is a tribe of flowering perennial evergreen plants in the grass family Poaceae, subfamily Bambusoideae, tribe Bambuseae; although, the forestry services and departments of many countries where bamboo is utilized as a building material consider bamboo to be a forestry product, and it is specifically harvested as a tree exclusively for the wood it produces, which in many ways is a wood superior in strength and resilience to other natural, fibrous building materials. In fact it is often referred to as a tree by cultures who harvest it as wood. Giant bamboos are the largest members of the grass family. In bamboos, the internodal regions of the stem are hollow and the vascular bundles in the cross section are scattered throughout the stem instead of in a cylindrical arrangement. The dicotyledonous woody xylem is also absent. The absence of secondary growth wood causes the stems of monocots, even of palms and large bamboos, to be columnar rather than tapering. The burning of Incense stick in religious and social functions has been practised in India and many other countries in the world. Incense is composed of aromatic biotic materials, which release fragrant smoke when burnt. The term incense refers to the substance itself, rather than to the odor it produces. Many religious ceremonies and spiritual purificatory rites employ incense, a practice that persists to this day. India has a leadership position in agarbatti production and fulfils more than half of the world's incense sticks requirements. India exports Agarbatti to nearly 90 countries.
