Glass Sheet/Flat Glass/Float Glass - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Many molten materials do not crystallized to their parent crystalline phases once the thermodynamic melting temperature Tm is passed on cooling. Such melts easily super cool to a temperature for below Tm and congeal to solids with out any attendant discontinuous changes in volume or entropy. These solids, which are isotropic in all their properties, are known as glass. A common misconception is that all glass has same composition. A variety of organic and inorganic material can form glass, and most of those that do exhibit a moderately sharp transition into the glassy state from the liquid. Most common inorganic glass farming system are covalent compounds of the following elements: -Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, P, As, Sb, O, S, Se, Te. The industry is growing at 12% per annum, it is not enough to keep it the float. Per capita consumption of glass in India is only 0.4 kg. Compared to 3.5 kg.in Indonesia.

ALUMINIUM FLUORIDE - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Aluminum fluoride is the inorganic compound with the formula AlF3. It can be prepared by treating aluminum hydroxide or aluminum metal with HF. As a solid, its structure resembles that of rhenium trioxide, ReO3, consisting of distorted AlF6 octahedra. AlF3 is refractory, in strong contrast to the other halides of aluminum. AlCl3, AlBr3, and AlI3 are dimeric in the liquid and evaporate as dimers as well. In the gas phase, at ca. 1000 °C, aluminium fluoride exists as trigonal molecules of D3h symmetry group. The Al-F bond lengths are 163 pm. Aluminium fluoride is an important additive during electrolyte aluminium production because it lowers the melting point of the alumina feed and increases the electrolyte's conductivity. There is wide scope for new entrepreneurs to venture into this project.

Profile Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is a generic term for a panel primarily composed of lignocellulosic fibers combined with a synthetic resin or other suitable bonding system and bonded together under heat and pressure. MDF is a wood based composite. The primary constituent is a softwood that has been broken down into wood fibres; that is the very cells (tracheids, vessels, fibres and fibre tracheids), which are far smaller entities than those used in particleboard. The panels are compressed to a density of 0.50 to 0.80 and specific gravity (31-50 lb/ft3). Additives may be introduced during manufacturing to improve certain properties. MDF Characteristics: • Width : 1650 mm • Length (grain) : from 1650 to 3660 mm • Thickness : from 6 to 24 mm • Glue type : Urea Carbamide/urea melamine formaldehyde (UMF) • Quality Reference: TU 5536-007-4477-9728-2003 • Density : 700-850 kg/m3 • Dimensions : 3.4.1. Length/width/thickness Application Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is widely used in the manufacturing of furniture, kitchen cabinets, door parts, mouldings, millwork and laminate flooring. Common Uses: • Doors, Jambs & Millwork • Laminate Flooring • Laminating & Finishing • Moulding • Office & Residential Furniture • Kitchen Cabinets ? Production Procedure In the production procedure of MDF board following few steps are involved: • Chipping of wood • Defibrating, gluing and drying • Mat forming and processing • Cooling, sanding & trimming • Grading & storage • Impregnation • Lamination Market Potential The global potential demand for panel boards is estimated at 250 million m3 per year and the potential market for MDF alone is 100 million m3. The gap of 150 million m3 can be diverted to particleboard, plywood & OSB. Bulk of the industrial round wood in India is utilized by the saw milling industry, consisting of more than 23,000 units. The projected demand for MDF is 6,70,000 tons, whereas the combined capacity of 2 Plants operating in India (Delhi & Calcutta) is only 1,17,000 cubic meters (88,000 tons). MEDIUM DENSITY FIBERBOARD - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Fiberboard is a type of engineered wood product that is made out of wood fibers. Types of fiberboard (in order of increasing density) include particle board, medium-density fiberboard, and hardboard. Fiberboard, particularly medium-density fiberboard (MDF), is heavily used in the furniture industry, auto industry. Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is a generic term for a panel primarily composed of lignocellulosic fibers combined with a synthetic resin or other suitable bonding system and bonded together under heat and pressure. Additives may be introduced during manufacturing to improve certain properties. The entire interfiber bond is formed by a synthetic resin or other suitable organic binder. MDF is generally cheaper than plywood. The surface of MDF is very smooth which makes it great surface for painting. MDF is very consistent throughout, so cut edges appear smooth and won’t have voids or splinters. Indian particle board and plywood industry dates back to the First World War. It has come a long way having grown nearly six-fold since its inception. The large producers account for 15% of the total production, producing some 38 mn sqm of plywood and blockboards.MDF prices have been increase at an estimated average annual rate of 2.6% in 3 years to 2016. The global potential demand for panel board is estimated at 250 million m³ per year and the potential market for MDF alone is 100 million m³. As a whole it is a good project for entrepreneurs.

Solar Panel Assembling & Solar Power Inverter On Grid, Off Grid with Solar Pump Controller

A solar cell, sometimes called a photovoltaic cell, is a device that converts light energy into electrical energy. Solar panels generate free power from the sun by converting sunlight to electricity with no moving parts, zero emissions, and no maintenance. The solar panel, the first component of a electric solar power system, is a collection of individual silicon cells that generate electricity from sunlight. Multiple solar panels can be wired in parallel to increase current capacity (more power) and wired in series to increase voltage for 24, 48, or even higher voltage systems. India has a huge potential for solar power generation that can lead to a large-scale deployment of solar energy, if harnessed effectively. Indian Government is adopting constructive steps towards implementing large-scale solar power projects and is poised to position itself as one of the world’s major solar producer. Through various incentives schemes, the government is trying to create demand and boost investments in the sector. India's power sector has a total installed capacity of approximately 1,46,753 Megawatt (MW) of which 54% is coal-based, 25% hydro, 8% is renewable’s and the balance is the gas and nuclear-based. Power shortages are estimated at about 11% of total energy and 15% of peak capacity requirements which is likely to increase in the coming years. Around 293 global and domestic companies have committed to generate 266 GW of solar, wind, mini-hydel and biomass-based power in India over the next 5–10 years.
