Cold Storage

A cold storage is a temperature-controlled supply chain network, with storage and distribution activities carried out in a manner such that the temperature of a product is maintained in a specified range, needed to keep it fresh and edible for a much longer period than in normal ambient conditions. This system facilitates long distance transport of various products as well as makes seasonal products available over the entire year. Cold Storage is a special kind of room, the temperature of, which is kept very low with the help of machines and precision instruments. Chilling involves reducing food temperatures to below ambient temperatures, but above –1°C. This results in effective short-term preservation of food materials by retarding many of the microbial, physical, and chemical and biochemical reactions associated with food spoilage and deterioration. At chilled temperatures (generally between 0°C and +5°C) the growth of microorganisms occurs only slowly and food spoilage and deterioration reactions are inhibited to such an extent that food safety and quality is preserved for extended periods, often for a few days, sometimes for a few weeks, longer than the fresh counterpart. Most of the modern cold storages are being planned for more and more automation. Mechanical equipment like Pressure Gauges, Thermometers, Physical logbooks etc. are being replaced with micro process controls, transducers, and automatic recorders. The Information Technology, with suitable fully computerized and proper software are being developed and used. But many small cold storages still heavily depend on old manual labour. Increasing cross-border trade and growing organized retail industry is driving the Indian cold chain storage market. Though the cold chain storage market in India is witnessing healthy growth, high operative cost and lack of standardization in the industry are likely to hinder the market growth during the forecast period. The Indian cold chain market reached a value of nearly INR 1,285 billion in 2020. The industry is further expected to grow at a CAGR of 14.3% over the forecast period of 2021-2026 to attain a value of INR 2,865 billion by 2026. Entrepreneurs who invest in this project will be successful.

Single Wall Steel Water Bottle

Water bottles are available in different shapes, colors, and sizes. The stainless steel bottle comes with a string to provide ease of carrying. Stainless steel fridge bottle is made from high-quality steel, food-grade and BPA-free stainless steel material that make the bottles safe for use on a regular basis. The taste and nutritive value of the drinks remains intact making the bottle very appropriate choice for storing beverages. Water bottles can be either disposable or reusable. Single-walled metal bottles readily transfer temperature of contents to external surfaces, which make them unsuitable for use with unusually hot or cold liquids. Double-walled metal bottles are insulated to keep cold liquids cold and hot liquids hot, without the external surface being too hot or too cold. Because double-walled bottles have more metal in them, they are more expensive. They are typically vacuum-insulated. Metal water bottles are growing in popularity. Made primarily from stainless steel or aluminium (aluminium), they are durable; retain less odor and taste from previous contents than most plastic bottles. Double-walled metal bottles are insulated to keep cold liquids cold and hot liquids hot, without the external surface being too hot or too cold. Because double-walled bottles have more metal in them. Single wall stainless steel water bottles prevent condensation and don’t allow sweat to happen. The outside of the bottle remains normal, even having cold water inside. The bottles have a single layer of steel that helps you keep drink hot or cold for long hours. Be it a chilled winter morning or a warm day at work, you can always have a refreshing sip of drink from these bottles. Steel bottles are environment-friendly and can be used for multiple years and do not end up in landfills owing to their 100% recyclability. Dal Mill (Roasted Gram Split, Dal & Chana)

India is bound to be global leader in terms of production and consumer of pulses. Since, India is leading importer of pulses; production of pulse crops has been stagnant over the years. Pulses have been grown by farmers since millennia, and these have contributed in providing nutritionally balanced food to the people of India. The various pulses are part of the normal diet of all vegetarians and are also used frequently by non-vegetarians too. They are the main sources of protein. The important dals in the country are Chana, Moong, Urad, Moth, turdal and Masoor, Matar etc. Pulses being the most common diet part of Indian families, need to be given the due importance in the form of production of pulse grains in the farms is also likely to see a break through. A pulse grain is made of two parts covered under a continuous encloser called husk or peels. Cleanly removing the peels and splitting the pulse grains infact two pieces is the most desired form of dal to be cooked for the families. The plants of the chickpeas grow between 20-25 cm and have feathery leaves on both sides of the stem. The scientific name of chickpeas is 'Cicerarietinum', and they are also known as 'chana' in Hindi and several other names like 'Bengal Gram', 'KadaaleKaalu', 'SanagaPappu', 'Shimbra', etc. Chickpeas can grow well only in sub-tropical and tropical climates requiring an annual rainfall of more than 400 mm. India pulses market reached a volume of 27.5 Million Tons in 2019. A significant share of the Indian population are vegetarians and pulses represent the main source of proteins in their diets. Besides proteins, pulses are also a good source of carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, dietary fibres, etc. Moreover, India’s large consumer base also represents a major driver for the pulses market. From a population of 1.3 Billion in 2018, the Indian population is expected to exceed 1.5 Billion by 2030. One of the major growth drivers of the global pulses market is the increasing production of pulses across the globe. The demand for pulses is growing in APAC, primarily driven by the increasing consumption in India. The producers are increasing the production to meet the growing demand for pulses, which is further expected to increase during the forecast period. Global pulses production has increased by more than 50% between 2000 and 2017. India is a leading producer, consumer, and importer of pulses worldwide. Pulses are grown in around 24-26 million hectares of area in India, producing 17-19 million tonnes of pulses annually. India accounts for over one third of the total world area and over 20 per cent of total world production. India primarily produces Bengal gram (chickpeas), red gram (Pigeon pea), lentil (masur), green gram (Green gram) and black gram (Black Gram). India, for the first time ever, crossed the 20 million mark (22.95 million tons, to be precise) in pulses production in the year 2016-17 on the back of an excellent monsoon and high retail prices of pulses. Monsoon this year too has been favorable and as per the first advance estimates released by the Ministry of Agriculture, is expected to reach 22.90 million tons for the year 2017-18. (PSA) Oxygen Plant

PSA plants takes free air form atmosphere and converts into oxygen with 93 % purity suitable for various purpose. The affinity of a fluid for a solid surface is known as adsorption. It is feasible to separate the individual components of a gas mixture (such as air) using the differential affinities of the distinct components. A PSA oxygen plant works on essentially the same premise. The capacity of such a plant to create oxygen varies. It uses a technique that absorbs nitrogen from the environment to concentrate oxygen for delivery to hospitals or industries, depending on the situation. The oxygen produced can be sent directly to the point of consumption through a dedicated pipeline or compressed to fill cylinders. The oxygen concentration in medical grade oxygen ranges from 90.0 to 96 percent. The rest is mostly made up of argon and nitrogen. They work at near-ambient temperatures and trap oxygen at high pressure using adsorbent materials such as zeolites, activated carbon, and molecular sieves. While the oxygen produced by these plants is said to be less pure than liquid oxygen created from cryogenic technology, the argument in the country right now is whether these plants may have helped alleviate the country's ongoing medical oxygen crisis. The Global PSA Oxygen Generator market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.6 percent from USD 2723.4 million in 2020 to USD 3996.3 million in 2026. Bamboo Toothbrush

Bamboo toothbrushes are manual toothbrushes, similar in design to what you would find on any store shelf. A bamboo toothbrush has a long handle and bristles to remove food debris and plaque from your teeth. The critical difference is that the long handle is made from more sustainable bamboo instead of plastic. Bamboo toothbrushes are one of the oldest types of toothbrushes. The earliest toothbrushes were made in China using bamboo and other natural materials, like using boar's hair for the bristles. Today's bamboo toothbrushes use nylon for the bristles like most toothbrushes today. Some manufacturers still use boar's hair for the bristles or infuse the bristles with activated charcoal. Bamboo toothbrushes are quickly becoming a staple in many households, not only because they're naturally antimicrobial, but also because of they are eco-friendliness and biodegradability. While a plastic toothbrush will sit in a landfill forever and release toxic chemicals as it decays, a bamboo toothbrush will naturally decompose after it’s been disposed of. In our already over-polluted world, this is why switching over to one of the best bamboo toothbrushes is so crucial. The majority of bamboo toothbrushes come in two types: those with nylon bristles, and those with charcoal-infused bristles, each of which has their own set of advantages. Traditional nylon bristles are more common, and while they're firm enough to sweep and capture bacteria from around each tooth, they also tend to be softer than charcoal bristles. The Global Bamboo Toothbrush Market is expected to register a CAGR of 7% to reach USD 842.1 million by 2024.Bamboo toothbrushes are an eco-friendly alternative to plastic toothbrushes. Bamboo has several characteristics that make it an ideal substitute for plastic. It is cost-effective, has anti-microbial properties, can be grown in a wide variety of landscapes, and is easy to manipulate to make objects. Bamboo toothbrushes naturally ward off microbial growth and can be discarded without causing any harm to the environment.

Crumb Rubber Powder From Waste Tyres

Crumb rubber is a term usually applied to recycled rubber from automotive and truck scrap tires. There are two major technologies for producing crumb rubber – ambient mechanical grinding and cryogenic grinding. Of the two processes, cryogenic process is more expensive but it produces smoother and smaller crumbs. Waste tyre recycling technology is very cost effective and performs 100% wastage tyre recycling (No churn left after the process). In this process no chemical ingredients are used, therefore it is environment friendly. Raw material (scrap tyre) is cheap and easily available, Generate economically valuable products out of waste tyres and products have good market value and demand. Also each recycled ton of tyres preserves 10 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) that is a major greenhouse gas. Features of Tire Recycling Plant: 1. Compact structure, small floor area, easy maintenance. 2. Low energy consumption, low operating cost. 3. Easy operation, stable performance. 4. Large capacity, high working efficiency. 5. High automatic control, reducing labor cost. 6. Long service life, low rate of breakdown. 7. Eco-friendly. No sewage and waste gas discharge. There is a rapid market increase of rubber powder in India. Demand of rubber powder in India is increased by 5%-8%. There is fair scope of this product. Every year over 1.6 billion new tires are generated and around 1 billion of waste tires are generated. However, the recycling industry processed only 100 million tires every year. The tire is extensively designed with several complex processes which makes it indestructible in nature and creates difficulty in the recycling of tires. Furthermore, the growing implementation of crumb rubber generated from scrap tires is supporting the growth of the tire recycling market. In 2016, over 30% of crumb rubber used on sports fields and 25% of crumb rubber used as playground surfacing which is expected to create a significant disruption of the tire recycling market.
