Tannin Based Wood Adhesive

Tannin is an excellent renewable resource for replacing petroleum-derived phenolic compounds. The major wood species from which it can be obtained are mimosa, quebracho and radiata pine. It is mainly concentrated in the inner layer of the bark and has been utilized in the adhesives industry in Africa, South America and Oceania. In particular, tannin-based wood adhesives have been used industrially for quite a long time in several countries for the manufacture of exterior wood panels. There are two different types of tannin: wattle tannin composed of resorcinol A-rings and pine tannin composed of phloroglucinol A-rings with catechol or pyrogallol B-rings. The free C6 or C8 sites on the A-ring react with formaldehyde, due to their strong nucleophilicity, to form the adhesive. The phenolic nuclei in tannins also react with formaldehyde. This high reactivity of tannins towards formaldehyde is the result of their A-ring phloroglucinolic or resorcinolic nuclei, which haved 10- to 50-times

ZARDA

Zarda is a mixture of tobacco, lime, spices, and occasionally, silver flakes is also added to pan and chewed. The tobacco industry is one of the most profitable industries in the world. Tobacco companies use their enormous wealth and influence both locally and globally to market their deadly products. Even as advocacy groups and policy makers work to combat the tobacco industry’s influence, new and manipulative tactics are used by tobacco companies and their allies to circumvent tobacco control efforts. It is important for tobacco control advocates to know which companies are present in their country, how and where they operate, the types and quantity of products sold, and marketing tactics used to sell tobacco products. By being informed about all aspects of the tobacco industry within a country, advocates are better equipped to fight for effective tobacco control policies.

Citric Acid

Citric acid is described as “nature's acidulant”, occurring in a wide variety of plants, citrus fruits, animal tissues, micro-organisms and fluids, holding an important role in metabolism. Citric acid is in great demand as acidifying agent with great solubility nature that hardly could be substituted. It is widely used to impart tartness, pH adjustment, sourness, and also for enhancing flavors. Citric acid is widely used in food and beverage industry. Apart from this it also used in pharmaceutical products, personal care, cleaners & detergent and others. Moreover, citric acid is used for food safety and preservation, preparation of ready-to-made processed beverages and food products. In pharmaceutical industry citric acid is used as stabilizing & flavoring agent and in medical products such as soluble aspirin, antacid and also in dentifrices. Also, it is used in shampoos and conditioners, toiletries and detergents considering the personal care market.

LED Light Assembling

A light emitting diode (LED) is a device which converts electrical energy in to light. LEDs are preferred light sources for short distance (local area) optical fiber network because they are inexpensive, robust and have long life (the long life of an LED is primarily due to its being a cold device, i.e. its operating temperature being much lower than that of, say, an incandescent lamp), can be modulated (i.e. switched on and off) at high speeds.

A light-emitting diode (LED) is a two-lead semiconductor light source. It is a p–n junction diode, which emits light when activated. When a suitable voltage is applied to the leads, electrons are able to recombine with electron holes within the device, releasing energy in the form of photons. This effect is called electroluminescence, and the color of the light (corresponding to the energy of the photon) is determined by the energy band gap of the semiconductor.

ENZYME

 (Alkaline Protease, Amylase, Cellulase, Laccase)

Enzymes are macromolecular biological catalysts. Enzymes accelerate, or catalyze, chemical reactions. The molecules at the beginning of the process are called substrates and the enzyme converts these into different molecules, called products. Almost all metabolic processes in the cell need enzymes in order to occur at rates fast enough to sustain life. The set of enzymes made in a cell determines which metabolic pathways occur in that cell. Enzymes are known to catalyze more than 5,000 biochemical reaction types. Most enzymes are proteins, although a few are catalytic RNA molecules. Enzymes' specificity comes from their unique three-dimensional structures.

Like all catalysts, enzymes increase the rate of a reaction by lowering its activation energy. Some enzymes can make their conversion of substrate to product occur many millions of times faster.

IV Fluid and Dialysis Solution

Intravenous therapy IV therapy is the infusion of liquid substances directly into a vein. Intravenous simply means "within vein". Therapies administered intravenously are often called specialty pharmaceuticals.

Compared with other routes of administration, the intravenous route is the fastest way to deliver fluids and medications throughout the body. The bioavailability of the medication is 100% in IV therapy.

The majority of an IV solution is sterile water. Chemically, water is referred to as a “solvent.” A solvent is a substance that dissolves other materials called “solutes.” Within IV solutions, the solutes can be molecules called electrolytes (charged particles such as sodium, potassium, and chloride) and/or other larger compounds such as proteins or molecules.

Cyanoacetic Acid

Cyanoacetic acid is an organic compound. It is a white, hygroscopic solid. The compound contains two functional groups, a nitrile and a carboxylic acid. It is a precursor to cyanoacrylates, components of adhesives.

The largest scale reaction is its esterification to give ethyl cyanoacrylate. Cyanoacetic acid is a versatile intermediate in the preparation of chemicals. it is a precursor to synthetic caffeine via the intermediacy of theophylline. It is a building block for many drugs, including dextromethorphan, amiloride, sulfadimethoxine, and allopurinol.

Curry Powder

Curry powder is a blend of many spices, and comes in almost infinite varieties. Each curry powder can have different component spices, in differing amounts–making each curry blend unique. Curry Powder is one of a number of mixtures of spices used in Indian cooking and (unsurprisingly) is specifically used for curry dishes. Others spice mixtures are Garam Masala, Rasam powder and Sambar powder. These all have their own uses and, although they may look similar, they should not be confused with each other.

Curry powder is made up of numerous ingredients, and depending on the region of the world, they can change slightly, which can also alter the specific health benefits that may be derived from the powder. The most common and advantageous ingredients of curry powder are turmeric, coriander, cardamom, cumin, sweet basil, and red pepper. Some other ingredients that are occasionally added, depending on the specific recipe, are fennel seeds, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, or mustard seeds, all of which have individual health benefits. We will focus on the benefits from the most traditional form of curry powder.

Export House

Export means taking goods out of India to a place outside India.” Export trade in India is regulated by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and its regional offices, functioning under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce. Policies and procedures required to be followed for exports from India are announced by the DGFT, from time to time.

Export is one of the lucrative business activities in India. The government also provides various promotional schemes to the exporters for earning valuable foreign exchange for the country and for meeting their requirements for importing modern technology and essential inputs. Besides, the income from export business is also exempted to the specified extent under the Income Tax Act, 1961, Refund of Central Excise and Custom Duty on export is also made under the Duty Drawback Scheme of the Government. There is no Sales Tax on products meant for exports.

Naphthalene Balls

Naphthalene is the single most abundant component of coal tar. Although the composition of coal tar varies with the coal from which it is produced, typically coal tar is about 10% naphthalene by weight. Naphthalene balls or moth balls are widely used as an effective household preservative of woollen clothes and as a deodorant tablet for improving the cleanliness of toilets. Naphthalene balls work as toilet air fresheners, to control odors from toilets; as well as protects and preserves woollen clothes without any damage from moths or moth larvae.

Naphthalene C10H8, sometimes called 'TARCAMPHOR' is a colourless crystalline flaked solid with the familiar odour of moth balls. Naphthalene C10H8 is an aromatic hydrocarbon with two condensed ring aromatic compounds.

Solid Waste Management

Due to rapid increase in the production and consumption processes, societies generate as well as reject solid materials regularly from various sectors – agricultural, commercial, domestic, industrial and institutional. The considerable volume of wastes thus generated and rejected is called solid wastes. In other words, solid wastes are the wastes arising from human and animal activities that are normally solid and are discarded as useless or unwanted. This inevitably places an enormous strain on natural resources and seriously undermines efficient and sustainable development. One of the ways to salvage the situation is through efficient management of solid wastes.

There has been a significant increase in MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) generation in India in the last few decades. This is largely because of rapid population growth and economic development in the country. Solid waste management has become a major environmental issue in India .The limited revenues earmarked for the municipalities make them ill-equipped to provide for high costs involved in the collection, storage, treatment, and proper disposal of MSW. As a result, a substantial part of the MSW generated remains unattended and grows in the heaps at poorly maintained collection centres.

Biomedical Waste Recycling

Biomedical wasteis waste that is either putrescible or potentially infectious. Biomedical waste may also include waste associated with the generation of biomedical waste that visually appears to be of medical or laboratory origin (e.g., packaging, unused bandages, infusion kits, etc.), as well research laboratory waste containing biomolecules or organisms that are restricted from environmental release.

Biomedical waste may be solid or liquid. Examples of infectious waste include discarded blood, sharps, unwanted microbiological cultures and stocks, identifiable body parts, other human or animal tissue, used bandages and dressings, discarded gloves, other medical supplies that may have been in contact with blood and body fluids, and laboratory waste that exhibits the characteristics described above. Waste sharps include potentially contaminated used (and unused discarded) needles, scalpels, lancets and other devices capable of penetrating skin.

Plastic Waste Recycling Plant

Waste is now a global problem, and one that must be addressed in order to solve the world's resource and energy challenges. Plastics are made from limited resources such as petroleum, and huge advances are being made in the development of technologies to recycle plastic waste among other resources. Mechanical recycling methods to make plastic products and feedstock recycling methods that use plastic as a raw material in the chemical industry have been widely adopted, and awareness has also grown recently of the importance of Thermal recycling as a means of using plastics as an energy source to conserve petroleum resources.

Plastics have their impact on the environment through all stages of their existence from manufacture, to utilization and disposal. Manufacturing requires significant quantities of fossil fuels, a non-renewable resource. Burning of plastic releases smoke which contaminates the environment. The smoke contains small particulates, hazardous substances and green house gases.

Bricks from Fly Ash

Fly Ash is a burnt residue of pulverized coal (bituminous or sub-bituminous) and is siliceous in nature. In past few decades, R&D efforts were undertaken and it has been proved that this material can be utilized in number of ways in building construction products as well as in civil works with adequate durability. Major areas of fly ash utilization are Building materials such as Bricks, Blocks, Tiles, etc. Also used in Grouting, Engineered fills for low-lying land spaces for human settlement, use in Road Construction and Construction of ash dykes and embankments.

Fly Ash brick is a product of basic cement clinker materials i.e. FLY ASH, STONE DUST/SAND, LIME, GYPSUM and BONDING AGENT. The mix is so ideally worked out to produce bricks of higher strength with consistency as well as uniformity. The manufacturing process is fully automatic with state of art technology. Though a new age product introduced in the market, Fly Ash bricks are very well accepted by the organized sectors in heavy industries, high rise buildings, large townships, colonies, etc. because of unique features and merits.

Benzoic Acid

Benzoic acid C7H6O2 (or C6H5COOH), is a colorless crystalline solid and a simple aromatic carboxylic acid. Today, benzoic acid is produced by oxidation of toluene with air, which has displaced dichromate and nitric acid oxidation processes.

Benzoic acid and its derivatives are widely distributed in nature. Gum benzoin contains from 12–18% benzoic acid in free and esterified forms. Other natural products containing benzoic acid are the bark, foliage, fruits, and seeds of various plants, including cherries and prunes. Hippuric acid, found in the urine of herbivores, is a glycine derivative of benzoic acid.

Bio-Degradable Plastic Polymer from Corn

Polymer, that are cheaper and lighter than many materials, are being favored for industrial and commercial applications. Plastics are necessary in daily life experience, using them in household appliances, cars, packages ex. One of three of plastic raw materials being used by package sector. The main environmental problem of conventional plastics are, degrading in nature for centuries and produced by nonrenewal natural sources like petroleum, coal and natural gas. Today, being recycling and environmentally friendly facilities come into prominence for plastics.

Biodegradable polymers based on renewable feedstock have started to replace conventional polymers produced from fossil fuel.Plastics, that are cheaper and lighter than many materials, are being favored for industrial and commercial applications. Plastics are necessary in daily life experience. We are using them in household appliances, cars, packages etc.

Freeze Dried Vegetables

Most foods contain very high percentage of water. Microorganisms thrive when there is water, spoiling the food and altering its taste. Removing water keeps food from spoiling for long periods of time. Also removing water makes the food lighter, making it easy to package and transport. Yet, removing water, must not alter the composition of the food. Its basic structure and composition of its nutrients must remain intact.

Freeze-drying, technically known as Lyophilization, is a process of sublimation where water molecules in a solid phase are directly converted to vapor phase. Since Lyophilization is the most complex and expensive form of dehydration, its use is usually restricted to delicate and heat-sensitive high value materials.

Bread Plant (Semi–Automatic)

Bread is a staple foodstuff, which is made and eaten in most countries around the world. Bread products have evolved to take many forms, each based on quite different and distinctive characteristics. Over the centuries craft bakers have developed our traditional bread varieties using their accumulated knowledge as to how to make best use of their available raw materials to achieve the desired bread quality. In some countries the nature of bread making has retained its traditional form while in others it has changed dramatically. The proliferation of bread varieties derives from the unique properties of wheat proteins to form gluten and from the bakers' ingenuity in manipulating the gluten structures formed within the dough. The rubbery mass of gluten with its ability to deform, stretch, recover shape and trap gases is very important in the production of bread and all fermented products. Of all the cereals, wheat is almost unique in this respect.

PVC Membrane for Waterproofing

The sheet of polyvinyl chloride is used as waterproof barrier in construction for all types of roofs, terraces, walls also in civil engineering in vertical, tunnels or small hydraulic works and water tanks lining (metallic or concrete), ornamental lakes, ponds, pools, golf courses etc.

PVC sheets are manufactured with or without UV protection according to the intended application, if the application requires that the film is exposed to the sun apply UV resistant) if instead the sheet will be covered with another material so that is not exposed to sunlight

High Tensile Fasteners

Industrial fasteners have a vital contribution for the growth of almost all sectors of industry. It is a wonderful manifestation which joins & secures materials together for any productive uses. A fastener is a connective mechanism that mechanically joins or affixes two or more objects together. A bolt is an externally threaded fastener designed for insertion through holes in assembled parts, and is normally intended to be tightened or released by torquing a nut. A nut is a type of hardware fastener with a threaded hole. Nuts are almost always used opposite a mating bolt to fasten a stack of parts together. The two partners are kept together by a combination of the friction of their threads, a slight stretch of the bolt, and compression of the parts. High tensile nuts and bolts find wide application in joining part where continuous rotation and wear and tear of the nuts and bolts occurs.

Aerosol Cans

The aluminium aerosol can has been one of the most popular packaging materials for cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household items for decades. In addition to its ability for recycling in 100%, this modern packaging material meets all relevant European Standards. The indisputable advantage of the aluminium aerosol can is that it is light and strong at the same time; it excludes the possibility of corrosion and its packaging provides hermetical protection for the completed products. Besides its unique technical properties, the aluminium aerosol can ensures varied range of lithographical printings as well as special shaping options for achieving best ornamental performance of the completed product.

Cattle Feed

The principal feed resources for animal consumption in the country are crop residues like straws of wheat, rice and other cereals and stovers, which are very poor in feed value. Even these are in short supply. These are supplemented to some extent by relatively better quality fodders like cultivated leguminous and non-leguminous fodder grasses and concentrates. The latter are formulated largely from agro-industrial by-product and forest wastes and small quantities of low-grade cereals with the present stock of feed and fodder resources available in the country, it is impossible to meet the nutrient requirements of even the present day low-producing cattle and buffaloes. Such a situation is bound to aggravate difficulties in the feeding of better producing livestock such as cross bred lows in exploiting their full genetic potentiality for early growth, better reproduction and higher milk production.

Bicycle Manufacturing

A bicycle, is a human-powered, pedal-driven, single-track vehicle, having two wheelsattached to a frame, one behind the other. A bicycle rider is called a cyclist, or bicyclist. Bicycles were introduced in the 19th century in Europe and, as of 2003, more than a billion have been produced worldwide, twice as many as the number of automobiles that have been produced. They are the principal means of transportation in many regions. They also provide a popular form of recreation, and have been adapted for use as children's toys, general fitness, military and police applications, courier services, and bicycle racing.

Bicycles are one of the oldest forms of transportation. Even today millions of people travel by bicycle daily to their work, college, universities and distant places. We are promoted from our childhood days to do cycling as it is one of the easiest ways to keep fit and healthy and works well towards environment protection. They are made of different components that are simple in working. Today there are different types of cycle for different kind of cycling experiences.

Detergent Cake

Detergents are defined as complete washing or cleaning products, which contain among their ingredients an organic surface-active compound (Surfactant) that passes soil-removal properties. The term detergent originated from the latin word detergine (i.e. wipe off), is now-a-days applied to all synthetic washing compounds. Synthetic detergent is not only used as household cleaning material but also have industrial applications in textiles, pesticide industry as carriers, etc. Frequently the term detergent is used synonymously with surfactant but common industry practice treats the surfactant as one component of a done here. Additionally this discussion treats primarily, only the so-called synthetic detergents, excluding those products in which soap is the sole or predominant surfactant.

Egg Powder

Egg is a highly nutritious product. Eggs are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. The poultry sector has made tremendous progress in the last decade. It has grown into an organized and highly productive industry. Fresh eggs have a very limited shelf life. To improve the shelf life and for ease of storage and usage egg powder is very convenient. It is quite stable at room temperature and can be stored over longer period. The manufacture of egg powder is an important segment of egg consumption. Egg powder is one of the most common products in poultry industry in the country.

Egg is one of the most versatile and near perfect foods in nature. It is rich in protein, amino-acids, vitamins and most mineral substances, the yolk and white components are all of high biological value and are readily digested. They are known to supply the best proteins besides milk.
