Generally usable frozen vegetables and fruits give a correspondingly substantial array of nutrients. So look yes, local, organic, freshly picked, ok that\u2019s ideal. But if you think about frozen vegetables they\u2019re pre-chopped, pre-washed, pre-peeled, they\u2019ve got rid of all of the inedible bits, it\u2019s just so convenient and it\u2019s shelf-stable it\u2019s not going to turn yellow and start rotting in your fridge. So any time you need greens you\u2019ve got them right there and you don\u2019t have to run to the store.<\/p>\n
