With this move, Uttar Pradesh is taking a giant step towards becoming one of India’s most industrially dynamic states. The Uttar Pradesh government is setting up the Sardar vallabhbhai Patel Employment and Industrial Zone in Amroha district with the Gajraula being given preference for acquisition, said a report on 30 August 2026 published in Udaipur Times.<\/p>\n
Amroha is already a well-developed industrial town having around 4,000 active industrial units with more than 1,500 industrial units in Gajraula alone employing more than 80,000 workers. Industrial zone with all the facilities of skill training, placement, and entrepreneurship support, which is dedicated and government-supported, is a rarity for any tier-II district.<\/p>\n
This is no longer a policy slogan for entrepreneurs, MSME owners, manufacturers, investors and startups. It’s a business trigger that can be acted upon. New industrial quarters generate ecosystems of demand: parts, logistics, packing, tooling, skilled human resources, peripheral services, and exports.
