This is what is happening along the 165-kilometre-long Yamuna Expressway in UP. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing a comprehensive Service Master Plan 2041 for its new industrial development sectors that will establish infrastructure, services, utilities and norms in the land use for the next phase of urban-industrial development, according to a recent report by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jagran.com\/uttar-pradesh\/noida-yeida-to-develop-service-master-plan-2041-for-new-sectors-40347010.html\">Jagran.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s no ordinary business. The YEIDAs Master Plan 2041 is covering an urbanisable area of 769 square kilometres, out of which 8,445 hectares is dedicated to the development of industrial and mixed-use zones with the recently inaugurated Jewar International Airport, Noida, being the anchor project, one of the largest greenfield airport projects in India. The service master plan for the new sectors is still in the process of being created and will be the key execution piece that will bring the industrial plots, commercial zones and residential clusters to life and make them investment ready.<\/p>\n<p>This is the critical period for investors, manufacturers, entrepreneurs and MSMEs. This is not a type of infrastructure planning that comes along very rarely and the new sectors emerging today will shape the geography of business in northern India for the next 20 years.
