India’s industrial map is being redrawn – and Madhya Pradesh is at the centre of it. The Central Government has sanctioned 11 new industrial parks in Madhya Pradesh under Bharat Industrial Development Scheme, said Udaipur Times on August 19, 2026. These plug and play facilities will be spread over an area of 9047 acres with an estimated investment of Rs 8,144.35 crore in Phase-I.<\/p>\n
These details were given by the Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in the Apex Monitoring Authority meeting of the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) held in New Delhi. The parks are designed in 11 districts \u2013 Ujjain, Dhar, Dewas-Shajapur, Ratlam, Sehore, Sagar, Guna, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Katni and Rewa.<\/p>\n
These aren’t just land allocations. Every park serves as a fully developed industrial zone designed for sectors such as textiles, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, renewable energy equipment, semiconductors, and IT. This is a land-grab moment for the entrepreneurs and MSME founders that will come once a decade. In fact, the MP government has already witnessed the implementation of the Rs 30 lakh crore investments pledged at GIS 2025, with 30% of these stepped down to the ground level, as reported by Udaipur Times, indicating some serious follow-through.<\/p>\n
