They use scraps of dirty and unhygienic clothes which first cause irritation and after repeated use, they result in major infections in the vaginal area. So, it\u2019s necessary to make pads on a large scale for poor women and provide them monthly at low costs.<\/p>\n

People can easily make sanitary<\/a> pads at home at low costs and can also provide to the needy who cannot make pads. For the manufacturing of sanitary napkins<\/a>, mainly raw materials that are used are laid paper or wood pulp, Tissue with SAP, PE films, glues, and release papers are used for making sanitary napkins. They can use recycled tin boxes or low-cost iron boxes and plates to decrease the manufacturing cost.<\/p>\n

The pad making machine can be devised at a low cost that could be operated with minimal training. A single machine is used to source the processed pine wood pulp from a supplier and the machine would grind, de-fibrate, press and sterilize the pads under ultraviolet rays before packaging<\/a> them for sale.<\/p>\n
