Supported by government policies, increasing consumer demand, and aggressive marketing, the India food processing sector is booming and is poised for smart and scalable investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Ministry of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niir.org\/books\/books\/food-processing-food-industry-agriculture-agro-processing-processed-food-cereal-food-fruits-vegetables-bakery-confectionery-milk-dairy-meat-fisheries-spices-oils-fats-coconut-tea-tobacco-based-products\/z,,a,23,0,a\/index.html\">Food Processing<\/a> Industries (MoFPI) Annual Report 2023\u201324, the FDI inflow in food processing industries from April 2014 to March 2024 was USD 6.80 billion, showcasing strong investor sentiment (MoFPI, p. 15).
