href=\"https:\/\/www.makeinindia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Make in India Program<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nicdc.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
