Growth of Coconut and Coconut value-added Products in Market

Among plantation crops, coconut is the main crop grown under both plantation and property management systems. It is well known for its ability to provide livelihood safety to millions of people worldwide and provide better nutrition, employment, and income generation.

Nata de coco is usually made as a sweet or sweet dessert. However, it can also make pickles, drinks, ice cream, puddings, and fruit mixes—a white to a creamy yellow cellulosic substance formed by bacteria on the surface of sugar-rich coconut water. Gelatin is formed from a mixture of coconut water, sugar, and glacial acetic acid by leaving the solution in a jar for 2-3 weeks.
