TRANSFORMER OIL - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Layout

Transformer oil, or insulating oil, is usually a highly-refined mineral oil that is stable at high temperatures and has excellent electrical insulating properties. It is used in oil-filled transformers, some types of high voltage capacitors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, and some types of high voltage switches and circuit breakers. Its functions are to insulate, suppress corona and arcing, and to serve as a coolant. These are mineral oils and are used to dissipate the heat generated in electric transformers, switches, circuit breakers and motor starters etc. They also act as electrical insulators. As transformers consume maximum amount of such oils, most these are also called Transformer oil. This oil can also be used as electrical cable oil. The main consuming industries for transformer oil are the electrical industries for transformers. In transformers it is used as an insulating fluid as wells as cooling media. The lubricating oil and grease market in India is of the order of 1.3 mn tonnes and is growing at around 4.5% annually. The moderate growth is paradoxically due to the supply of better quality of lubricants which have longer servicing capability. The lubricant market is estimated to grow to the level of 1.42 mn tonnes in 2006-07 and to approximately 2.00 mn tonnes in 2014-15. The Indian lubricants industry claims to be the sixth largest in the world. It has the presence of almost all major MNCs which include Shell, Mobil, Gulf Oil, Caltex. Some of these oil majors have even tied up or renewed old ties with public sector undertakings, thereby gaining the advantage of distribution and infrastructural networks. The industry is being constrained by high petroleum prices. Until the 1980s, lubricants produced in the country were basically simple blends based on low and medium level technologies. More sophisticated lubricants were imported and these accounted for a relatively small market. Product variation is fairly extensive depending on the requirements of the segment served. In many cases, specific customers have their own special requirements. The lubricants market was dominated by three public sector refinery companies: (i) Bharat Petroleum (ii) Indian Oil Corporation, and (iii) Hindustan Petroleum. Small contributions came in from BPL and private players like Castrol. Lubrizol India and Indian Additives came into existence for manufacturing sophisticated lubricant additives with the collaboration of Lubrizol and Chevron, respectively. The demand of transformer oil is increasing year by year due to increase in demand of transformers. There is good scope to venture in to this project for new entrepreneurs. COCONUT BASED HAIR OIL - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Personal care products have maintained divergent growth trends. Brand consciousness is on the increase and the expanded disposable incomes are escalating the appetite for these products. With a complete redirection of living styles in the country, engined by the access of millions to the TV media and advertising and inspired by the economic processes of globalization, the personal care industry is opening up new vistas. The growth in the market has been stimulated also by the product range, the new and elegant packaging, transformation in social values and reduction in duties - both customs and excise. The increase in the number of working women is leading to higher disposable incomes commanded by them, which is attracting consumer spending. In fact, the presence in offices and institutions demands use of better clothing and cosmetics. Consumers are also becoming quality conscious. They do not have time for frequent acquisitions and replenishments. A major change in consumer psycho graphics has been in evidence: the consumer is increasingly perceiving the personal care products not as accessories of luxury or status symbols of the affluent but as essentials with a high degree of relevance to personal health and welfare. The change is aided and abetted by the glare and penetration of the global brands which are looking forward to the burgeoning Indian consumer market. The urban markets are growing slowly by volume but are maintaining reassuring growth by value as a result of product upgradation and corresponding increase in prices. In the personal care segment, markets are characterized by brand loyalty and high voltage promotion programmes. In sectors which are already established like the talcum powder, soaps and toothpastes, the promotion costs are relatively high. In the rural areas, gradual shifts in the consumption patterns are emerging. Upgradation of product use is being witnessed. Cow dung to ward off mosquitoes is now being replaced by repellent coils and mats. Local and unbranded products are getting replaced by national brands and low priced products by higher priced products. Few Indian Major Players in Hair Oil Industry are as under: Ajanta India Ltd. CANNED FOODS CHOPPED TOMATOES, CHEEKED BEANS AND MUSHROOMS - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study

Most bacteria, yeasts and molds are difficult to remove from food surfaces. Washing fresh food reduces their numbers only slightly. Peeling root crops, underground stem crops, and tomatoes reduces their numbers greatly. Blanching also helps, but the vital controls are the method of canning and making sure the recommended research-based process times, are used. There are few vegetables that better mark the sweet juiciness of vine-ripened tomato. Tomatoes have fleshy internal segments filled with slippery seeds surrounded by a watery matrix. The healthy good looks of a fresh, red ripe tomato are not just skin deep. The tomatoes, for canning, should be moderately large, with a smooth surface to enable easy peeling, evenly ripened to the stem end with a red colour, and posses a large proportion of solid matter of good colour & flavour. Mushroom is an excellent source of protein, in addition to having a delicious taste. Hence, considerable advancement has been made in the cultivation, harvesting, storage, transportation, and market distribution of mushroom, besides developments in its processing. In India, mushroom is canned for the purpose of export. The domestic market is also picking up gradually. Mushroom is canned in the form of buttons, slices, stems and pieces; or as chopped, diced or fine cuts. Bean is highly variable species with a long history. Beans are a legume and thus acquire their nitrogen through an association with nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The beans are smooth, plump, kidney-shaped, up to 1.5 cm long, range widely in color, and are often mottled in two or more colors. There is good export as well as domestic prospects for the canned foods. New entrepreneur enter in this project will be successful. Few Indian Major Players are as under: Agro Dutch Inds. Ltd.
