Any book that NIIR has supplied in error, or any defective material sent inadvertently, is automatically returnable.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from NIIR.org. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 20 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
